Cabin is exactly as described very quiet, peaceful and relaxing cabin. Has everything one would want. The grandkids especially enjoyed kayaking on the lake and fishing. We enjoyed having a family billiard tournament. We were there in enjoy Ark Encounter and the cabin was ideal and close. Donny was an excellent host and apologized for the work being done on the road during our stay.

Great get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was comfortable, beautifully updated, lots of room, nice lake front experience, quiet, near small town experience but also close enough to the airport, great distance from The Ark and The Creation Museum.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at the lake! We visited with anothe rcouple and our four children. The kids loved the hot tub, boating on the lake, and all the games. The new stairs down to the lake were amazing! We had a great time and the house was more than ebough space for the 8 of us.

Memorial Day weekend

Amazing, I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs but this one was above and beyond. They were completely stocked with toiletries and kitchen paper products, things that other places you have to buy and then try to pack it home or donate it. It also wasn't packed with extra decor, very kid friendly and very appreciated!

Had a blast

Very quiet and relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. We spent a couple days at the house fishing and swimming, lots to do without having to leave the property. Road getting to the house was a little rough but was not a big deal. The whole family had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Stay

Great little getaway in Kentucky! We were in town to check out the Ark and Big Bone Lick, and we always love staying by the water, so this place was perfect for us. We've stayed at several rentals before, but this place has to be one of the cleanest. ccleanesWould definitely rent here again!

Great holiday trip

We booked this home as we were visiting the Ark and the Creation Museum with our grandkids and it worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit was great for making s’mores. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic lake house!

The adults and teens in our party really enjoyed this great lake house! The kids had so much fun with the kayaks and everyone enjoyed the pool table and lake. We also enjoyed seeing the wildlife - deer and turkey. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area!

Awesome Experience

We only stayed two nights but wish we stayed longer. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had the best time kayaking with the grandkids, making smores by the fire pit, and enjoying the hot tub. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful stay over the holiday weekend

Absolutely gorgeous property. Clean, well taken care of and all the amenities we needed. This cove is very peaceful and was a great location to dock our boat. Large dock great for fishing and kayaking, fire pit and hot tub an added bonus for a relaxing weekend. Owner very easy to reach and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this property!
