This is a beautiful home in such a peaceful setting. We had 9 adults stay and had plenty of room to spread out. It is also child friendly. So many games and a nice big yard to run around in. Kate is amazing ing! She was very quick to answer any questions. We will definitely return with our grandchildren.

We had a small little problem at check-in that was more than generously handled by the host. The house was extremely clean and generous in size for our party of 6 adults and 6 children. We enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood and the kids loved the large grassy yard, catching lightening bugs at night and making s'mores by the fire. Great home away from home.

This place was immaculate. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The stairs are steep so be aware of that but there is a sturdy handrail. Host was always quick to respond and very helpful. 10/10 recommend this host and place.

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family stay for a wedding at the Josephina. The main level bedrooms are perfect for parents and grandparents, with the lower level ideal for the teens and "adult kids". The space is very well laid out, perfect for lounging and spending time together. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities all over the home, plus needful items in the bathrooms and kitchen. Highly recommended!

We had our family reunion at this house. There were 7 adults, some of us are elderly. But this house was perfect for us! The neighborhood is safe and secure. It is a convenient location. We went to the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum and several other attractions. The house is spacious. Each room is nicely decorated. The host’s attention to detail is amazing! The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need! The lay out accommodated everyone. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor. Only one has an en-suite but there are two more full bathrooms to accompany the other bedrooms. There is a slider making one bedroom and bathroom a private area. The garage has been converted to a huge bedroom with its own entrance. It also has a slider to the deck. The lower level has a bunk room, a day-bed room and private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a beautiful full bathroom on the lower level. And the shower has TWO shower heads!!! The lower level also has a game room and a laundry area, with a second refrigerator. Surprisingly, the lower level is semi accessible because you can drive around to a garage entrance. The day bed room also has an outside entrance. The beds were comfortable. The HVAC system worked well. Plus some of the bedrooms have splits. My only negative comment is minor. The TVs have Roku and there are no captions for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing. But we just turned up the volume to extra loud so our family could enjoy the football games,

My family, along with my brother’s family and our parents stayed at the house for a long weekend during spring break. We chose the area to visit the Ark Adventure. The house was perfect for our stay. We had great weather for much of the trip. The house offers multiple outdoor spaces. We loved sitting by the fire in the evenings. We also loved how close we were to the lake and being able to walk down to the water. The house has a nice basement for the kids. Communication with the host was great. She quickly responded to any questions that we had. We hope to stay again in the future!
