Local shops, restaurants, and other great attractions are all within just a couple of miles of this great home.

After entering the gated community, guests will find Acadia's Cajun Hideaway waiting for their arrival. The home is located in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The well-decorated home has Vinyl flooring throughout the downstairs, giving the home a nice clean feel from the minute you enter the house. The living room has a leather sofa and loveseat for guests to relax and enjoy their favorite show or movie on the smart tv with cable. The open floor plan allows families to gather and enjoy each other's company while cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove. The kitchen has extra counter space for the holiday spread and seating for three on the high bar seats. The dining table can seat six more guests, and a drop-down ceiling fan will keep everyone feeling comfortable.

The living area opens up to the coolest gas-heated pool in the neighborhood, complete with a spillover spa and custom spillover pool for the little ones that may remind them of a local fan favorite! The pool area is equipped with three lounge chairs to take in the Florida sun. Guests will also enjoy an outdoor meal on the covered patio at the dining table that seats six guests.

Guests will find three of the seven bedrooms on the ground floor. The front queen bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv and feeling fan for added comfort. This room does share access with a common full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just past the desk and workstation, you will find a downstairs king master bedroom with wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom features an oversized tub with a shower combo.

Guests will have access to the laundry room, complete with a full washer and dryer. You will also find a full stock of pool towels for guest use.

The ground-back master king bedroom overlooks the pool and spa and has direct access. This room has wall mounted smart tv with cable and blu ray player, as well as a ceiling fan. The master bathroom has an oversized tub with a shower.

The entire family will be drawn to this home as it features its own private movie theater. Guests will enjoy their favorite movie or sporting event on the 100” movie screen and projector. Spread out in comfort on one of the eight leather recliner movie seats or two stuffed bag chairs. The theater also includes a round table with seating for four and a foosball table to enjoy.

Upstairs, the girls will tuck into the princess bedroom, with two twin beds. This room features a wall-mounted smart tv with cable and blu ray player and shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The rest of the little ones will gather in the bunk room, which features two twin/twin bunk beds and sleeps four children. This room has a wall-mounted tv with cable and blu ray, and bunk safe ceiling fan for comfort.

The upstairs middle king master features a wall-mounted smart Tv with blu ray player and has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan for added comfort. The final bedroom is the upstairs back king master. This bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv and blu ray player and has a tub/shower combo in the master bathroom.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
