Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We’re glad the home and location worked well for your trip and appreciate the suggestions. Sorry the internet caused extra hassle — the unit does not use a wifi hotspot. The internet provider had an outage, and the hotspot is what we put in as a backup in case of an outage. The wifi was restored within a few days by the provider. Apologies that the property was hard to spot at dusk. We’ll leave the porch light on for expected late arrivals and expand the arrival instructions with clearer landmarks and turn-in details. I’m also sorry the master tub wasn’t fully clean. Housekeeping has been notified, and we’ve updated our turnover checklist and added an extra bathroom quality check between stays.
