I didn't research the area well enough

Directions to the unit were tough as we arrived later than we expected due to weather. Everything is complex in dark, rainy weather. GPS is not reliable in this location. The accommodations were excellent. This is a clean unit. Additional improvements could be made.

Great location only a few minutes away from Coligny Beach. Clean and comfortable. Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The rental as well as the entire complex were clean, quiet, and safe. We went for a girls getaway weekend and loved having the bicycles to explore with, and being right next to the pool for afternoon swims after a morning at the beach. Could not ask for a better host, five stars for everything!!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and hopefully not the last. This villa was perfect for our family of 6. It’s so close to everything. The bikes were great for my teens and husband. Our 4 year old loved Celebration Park which was so close to the beach and some awesome dining! The pools on the property were great to relax in at the end of the busy days! The owner is so great he was in contact to make sure the property met our expectations and that we were having a good time.

First time HH visitor

It was my first time in HH and this place did not disappoint. Owner checked in a couple of times making sure everything was going well. The fountain in the backyard was lovely - hearing it at night was relaxing. This place was clean, in a great location, calm, so cozy…it felt like home.

Pearl in the Palms

Pearl in the palms was great! We had everything we needed and more from beach chairs and an umbrella to bicycles. The condo itself is tucked away in the palm trees and oak trees which makes it quite and cozy! The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes but was an easy walk. Great place to stay!!

Pearl in the Palms Review

This is by far the best VRBO rental and hosts that we have ever had. Bob and Pat are so attentive and provide great information and are quick to respond to questions. The condo is clean and tidy and has everything that you could possibly need The location is close to restaurants and the beach. The bikes and beach chairs that they provide are a real bonus. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

This is a lovely home and we enjoyed our trip. Owner was great, easily accessible, and sent the property information well in advance. The condo and facilities in complex were well kept. The master bed is extremely hard/firm which was difficult for us. The surrounding area of Coligny Park and Beach access is the hub with many shops and restaurants and is also where the beach parking is. It is @ a mile from the condo. There is a slightly closer one which requires biking or walking, as very minimal parking.

Great family getaway

The location and layout of this property was excellent. Loved the atmosphere of the complex. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed the bikes and used them quite often. Only negative is that there isn’t much in the kitchen to cook with. We had to improvise a lot in that area. Otherwise, great place and we hope to come back next time we are in the area.

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed staying at this villa during our first visit to hilton head. It was a very quiet area with easy access to the pool, beach, bike trails, coligny plaza, and the sea pines area. We used the bikes that were provided every day. Rode a total of 15 miles one day! Bob was a pleasure to work with and made the rental process very easy. Thanks for sharing your wonderful villa with us! We hope to come back again when we can stay longer!

This was our first time to HHI. We had a fantastic time. The villa was outstanding ,very clean, it had everything you need from bikes to beach chairs. We biked everyday ,all over the island on wonderful bike trails. The villa is close to everything,Sea Pine ,Harbor Town and, Coligny Plaza . We will definitely be back again next year. Great Condo , awesome owners

Such a nice condo in a great location ! Bob is great to work with and has thought of even the smallest detail to make the visit wonderful . The condo is very clean and spacious and the tropical backyard is out of the world ! We would recommend it to those wishing to have a fun vacation that is also relaxing . The attention to detail is greatly appreciated down to the snadwich bags in the kitchen and the detergent in the laundry area . Highly recommend this condo you couldn't rent from anyone any nicer . Even better than the pictures show!

My family and I booked a VERY last minute trip to Hilton Head (booked Friday and arrived Sat) and Bob was amazing at helping to guide us through our first time on the island. He arranged to have a toddler bike attached to the bikes that come with the condo, even. Every need was attended to graciously and promptly. The condo itself is spacious and much more lovely than even the pictures show. It's centrally located in the island and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Don't hesitate to book here, this is the one!

Great condo, great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island. Bob and Pat's condo had plenty of room for our family of four and had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated yet still maintains a feeling of home. The four bicycles were a huge hit with our family. The bike paths on the islands are great. Having the beach so close by was a huge plus for us as well. We found some nice places to eat (Hilton Head Homemade Ice Cream - yum!), went kayaking (saw oyster beds and a dolphin - so cool!), did some shopping, and even played some miniature golf. Thank you Bob and Pat for making the reservation process so simple! We will definitely keep you in mind if we get another chance to visit the island. God Bless!
