Great location and beautiful remodeled unit. A little tight for our family of 7 - but we definitely would rent with Akers again. Also Love having the bike credit. That was a nice perk.

Great place!

Really like the location since we had planned to go to Charleston a couple days. It’s great to be on that end of the island. We did get a little confused our first day as to where to access the beach, but we figured it out and it was a 5 minute walk or less.

Beautifully updated condo! From a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, to an amazing golf course view…this place was a 10! Great location & close to beach. Will definitely be back!

Lovely and comfortable home. We enjoyed watching golfers and the maintenance crew on the 17th hole from the condo. Shopping and dining were just a short drive or bike ride away. We picked up groceries there and enjoyed sushi, pizza and ice cream at the restaurants. It is not a short drive into Charleston, but if you make your way there check out two great restaurants - Magnolias and Lewis' BBQ.

Kiawah

Great location on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. Had it not been for hurricane Debby, we would have definitely enjoyed our time in Kiawah a lot more than we did. We would definitely consider staying at the property again.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, well stocked, great location. A description on how to find beach would be helpful. It was tricky first day to navigate but easy 5 minute walk. Use your beach credit for a cart. Super easy to pile all your beach gear in and roll over with little effort. Condo had beach towels and a soft sided cooler but zipper was broken so glad we rented a cooler. Plenty of towels and extra blankets in condo. Nice washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

GREAT value for Spring Break

My husband and I rented this property for Spring Break for my children (ages 1, 5 and 7) and my grandmother (age 84). It was great for all of us. The beds were comfortable, the space was tastefully decorated, the unit was super clean and very well stocked with extra linens and towels, and the location was close to the beach and Fresh Fields. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had another amazing vacation in Kiawah. We loved the house especially the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the ice maker but the property managers were very accommodating. We will recommend this property to our friends.

Nice place as advertised

Very nice place for a short trip. Kitchen was better outfitted than most places I’ve stayed. Loved sitting outside on the back porch. Very nice updates to the condo. I would recommend a new ‘coffee table’ and couch. Seems subpar for the amount of money charged and the other finishes in the home.
