All three bedrooms are located down a quiet hallway to the right of the foyer. The king and twin bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathrooms and the oversized king master also has a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Grill out on the open courtyard deck or relax on the enclosed screen porch after a long day at the beach, which is just a short 3 minute stroll away on the adjacent path. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with quaint Kiawah house rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to any of the resort pools located on Kiawah Island (including pools at The Sandcastle, Night Heron Park, West Beach, or The Beach Club).
