The owners of your Kiawah Island vacation villa welcome you with a complete remodel, completed in spring/summer 2021. Among the many updates are all new furnishings, and a sparkling new kitchen.

Flat-screen TVs have been added to each of the 3 bedrooms, with Apple TV and YouTube TV. Internet access is gigabyte high-speed, so you’ll have no trouble streaming even on multiple devices.

You’ll find that all of these upgrades contribute to a theme of comfort and relaxation. Tall ceilings, abundant natural light, and soothing colors are calming and peaceful. The unobstructed lagoon view nurtures the spirit.

The Villa Layout
The private first floor is a very convenient setup for any guests with mobility challenges. It offers a bedroom suite with queen bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The best part of all? It also has a sliding glass door that leads directly out to a deck overlooking the lagoon. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy the moonlight, perhaps with a glass of wine in hand.
The second floor offers the spacious living area, complete with comfortable coordinating furnishings and a Sony 65” 4k TV.

The gourmet kitchen will delight even the most discerning chef. Decked out in all new stainless steel LG appliances, it’s simply spectacular. Add to that the white cabinetry and abundance of storage and food prep space, and you’ve got a well-outfitted space that everyone will appreciate.

Front-loading laundry machines are conveniently tucked into a storage closet in the kitchen, out of the way, but easily accessible.

The formal dining space comfortably accommodates 6 and offers a lovely view of the lagoon.

The main bedroom on this level boasts a king size bed and ensuite bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Perhaps the best feature, though, is the private access to the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The perfect place to sneak off for a little alone time.

The third bedroom is a great set up for kids or singles. It’s got two XL twin beds and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower.

While the entire villa has that wonderfully welcoming vibe, the screened patio overlooking the lagoon will definitely capture your heart. Here is a space large enough to easily accommodate both a dining table for 5 and lounging space for 4.

It’s easy to imagine morning coffee, casual meals, and evening cocktails out here just soaking up the peace and calm of the water. If anyone feels like sunbathing, there’s an open dock with sun loungers, too.

You might even get lucky enough to spot one of the resident alligators or jumping fish! Many folks love to watch for them.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
