This chic end-unit villa features a two-story townhouse layout with generous living spaces, white oak flooring, shiplap accents, and abundant natural light. In the living area, you will enjoy expansive golf views, comfortable seating, and a built-in entertainment center with a TV. A fabulously renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and Bosch appliances has everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent dining area ideally overlooks the 17th green of Cougar Point Golf Course.

The villa's first bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms are located up a short flight of stairs. Offering a king-sized bed, a coastal color palette, and lovely golf views, the primary bedroom is a retreat in itself. The attached private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has one twin bed, one queen bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A queen air mattress is also available for guest use.

Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the villa's deck is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco. The deck offers a bistro table with seating for two.

The villa is equipped with a new washer and dryer, high-speed internet, a monitor for remote workers, a Keurig coffee maker, Dutch oven, and 3 TVs.
