- NOTE: The property can park 3 vehicles maximum. Street parking is not available to guests. Any cars parked on the street are subject to tow and guests will be responsible for all fines incurred for not observing the rule. Additional cars can be parked for a fee at the Lake Arrowhead Resort
- NOTE: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) allows guests to access the lake and strips for a daily per person fee. The fee is paid on-site at the ALA office, where a waiver must be signed by each guest wanting to access the lake. Guests are prohibited from using the parks, fishing dock, Lone Pine Island, and the Village docks
