EVL Chalet nestled in the pines on a secluded 3.5 acres and only 1 mile to village. Indoor hot tub & steam sauna! Our 5,500 sq/ft chalet has plenty of room and is perfect for hosting 4-5 families, business travelers, large groups or up to 16 couples. 3 King only and 1 Queen only bedrooms providing the privacy of your own room. 38 guests maximum with 16 couples or 23 individuals max please and 25 years old min renter age required. Beds: 3 King, 1 Queen, 12 Full, and 6 Twin.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are in the area if needed.

We are nestled in the woods and only 1 miles from Ellicottville village. We are about a 1/4 mile from Holimont. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 3.5 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, latte/cappuccino machine, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, ping pong, dart board, poker table & set, and five TVs.
