And the country skies provides many opportunities for star gazing while cooking s'mores over the solo stove fire pit.

The home is extermely comfortable with modern air conditioning and heat, and a propane fireplace.

The location is wonderful - only 9 minutes from the beautiful village of Ellicotville, which offers great skiing at Holiday Valley and Holimont, and many great restaurants. It is also only 1 mile from snowmobile trails.
