Property was exceptional! Had an incredible time, and the property was very impressive. Made some new lifelong memories. Property manager was first class. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!

Property is just as listed. Kids loved the hot tub and multiple fireplaces kept us warm during the cold snap. 10 min from skiing and tubing. Multiple bed options and areas for all to relax and enjoy. Separate guest quarters made traveling with two families very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was fabulous,, the home is gorgeous, location breath taking. The home is well stocked with everything you might need and Korey is so easy to work with and was there for us every step of the way! Would go back for sure ::))

Beautiful House and Property

My husband and I, our 3 adult sons, their wives and our 6 grandchildren stayed here. We had the best time. The house had everything we could imagine and more. We had plenty of room for our crew. We loved going into the quint town of Ellicottville...beautiful shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! Korey was super accommodating. We also used the firepit, hottub and guest house which was quite lovely

Beautiful house and outdoor patio

Beautiful house in the valley with plenty of garage space, including the guest house. Fire pit, outside bar, grill, hot tub and plenty of wood for use with a cleared off patio (this doesn't happen at other properties in the winter) was excellent. We had a small issue with the heat and the hot water in the downstairs, but management promptly resolved the issue when notified. They were reachable and attentive.

The Perfect Ellicottville Weekend!

Our stay at Pine Valley Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The house truly exceeded our expectations. We had two families staying here for a long weekend and we had everything we needed ++ to enjoy our stay! The highlights for us included a very well stocked kitchen, fire pit with ample wood, a brand new spacious jacuzzi, and very nice bedroom/bathroom accommodations. Our kids really enjoyed running around the acres of property which was truly breathtaking in the fall! The owner, Korey, was amazing to communicate with. Any questions we had, he responded very quickly and attentively. Would HIGHLY recommend this property, we will definitely rent again in the future.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

The house and surrounding so beautiful. We had an intimate wedding (50)here on June 2022. This beautiful yard waterfall, and many patios was perfect for photo, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Everyone of our guests was blown away at the beauty of the venue. Loved everything about the design and layout of the house and guests house. In addition to breathtaking views, house stock well with linens pillows, kitchen needs., games and great bar room downstairs. Five stars not enough. Great location near town .Convenient located ,beautifully maintained beds comfortably. Hot tub a hit and great fire pit . Korey owner and Bill property manager were great with communication. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome property with many great amenities and a wonderful, responsive host

This property was the perfect place to sit, relax, play games, put a puzzle together, and gather for meals. Also a great location for some daytrips to Corning and Niagara Falls. Awesome yard space for our family yard game competition. Creative sleeping arrangements for our family of 14, but very much worth it!

A relaxing place to gather!

This beautiful home is surrounded by a natural beauty of trees and gentle wildlife, and enhanced with manmade water and fire features. Many relaxing spaces for two or the whole family. With a quick trip to the supermarket, we had everything in the kitchen to make several family meals. We all appreciated the family downtime in such a stunning property. Korey was the best host ever, always available and welcoming! We will come back to this property again!

One of our best VRBO experiences ever! This château was spectacular in every way. Wonderful !

Our family absolutely loved staying in this incredible home. We loved everything about it! Special touches, every amenity, thoughtful & responsive host, beautiful home and grounds. We loved playing games, enjoying fires, inside and out, cooking in the well stocked gourmet kitchen, skiing with our grandson & watching shooting stars from the hot tub. Definitely 5 stars plus. Would highly recommend.
