Although this condo is on the third floor, there are only two flights of steps as the first floor is ground level. Conveniently located, this property is a walk or quick drive to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, Ocean City's famous boardwalk, many notable restaurants and the beach! One parking space is assigned to the unit, but there is extra parking on the street right in front of the building if you have a second car. ----Accommodating up to five guests, there is a queen bed and a single sleeper sofa in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. This property does not have laundry facilities or a dishwasher.----Guest must supply all sheets, towels, paper and soap products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----No pets please.
