4 night stay with my sister for Country Calling - location was great for the event and we had a blast, but some things to note:I emailed one day prior for parking pass and arrived to no pass at our unit. We went to the office but it was closed. There was a note on the door that allowed me to check in with staff - was told pass would be delivered the next day which it was; I was handed the pass and told that people would soon be ticketed and towed. Mislead by prior cleanliness ratings - not the cleanest.No linens as some other reviews stated. No sheets, no extra pillows, no towels, not even a kitchen towel.Hair in the shower, stains on the carpeting, bed was well worn in and not great. We didn’t see a pool either, as some reviews also stated. If I had not brought my own bedding and towels we would’ve been uncomfortable. We made the best of it but wouldn’t book here again.

Cute place. Small, but cute. Overall it was okay, however, I did message and ask if we would need toilet paper and did not get an answer. There also were not any sheets. That’s fine I just wish there would have been a lists of things we would have had to bring ourselves. Toilet paper, sheets, towels, etc. Short distance to the beach which was nice. AC worked great. There were dirty dishes in the oven when we got there. Wasn’t horrible, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Great location

This apartment is perfect for 2 people. Picking up the parking pass and accessing the apartment is very convenient and easy. It is located within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions.

Close to beach and boardwalk, the condo was clean. The area around it could have been nicer. Some things could use repaired/updated (coffee maker :)). Didn’t see a pool available to us though the listing did mention one. The fold out couch is not very comfortable- if you must use it (our little boy did), I would suggest bringing a comforter in addition to sheets. We ended up buying him another blanket on the boardwalk.

I used this place for the oceans calling festival. It was close enough to be an 11 minute walk but far enough that i slept restfully every night.

Very cute place as the pictures show but, obvious that the cleaners didn’t spend much time cleaning. We found a vodka bottle under the couch. A bottle of Mountain Dew under the bed in the bedroom. When we used the stove the burners were covered with something and it caused a great deal of smoke. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which was noted in past reviews. The mattress cover on the pull out couch is ripped and the cushions are dirty. The small table in the porch was covered in black dirt and water was dipping down from the upper porch onto our things below. We tried to find out where the pool was from calling the manager but no one answered or returned our calls when we finally got to leave a message. When we went to the office we were given a code to the pool that never worked. We tried several times, so don’t use 3570, it won’t work. We had some friendly folks let us in. On a positive note it was a very short walk to the beach

Overall this beach house was beautiful. My only complaint was no linens on the bed and the shower was quite tiny. You also need to bring your own towels for the shower! The distance to the beach was amazing and it was so close to the bay too! Absolutely beautiful ! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot with your loved one.

No parking pass

The notes about the office were wrong so we couldn’t get a parking pass and left a note to avoid getting towed. The toilet fill valve is broken so toilet ran entire time.

Not the best

The place is small. Probably best it was just my husband and myself. It was dirty. New cleaners needed!!! We were told we need to go get a parking pass, well the place they sent you to wasn’t even open. I tried calling and messaging the owner and no answer, even to this day. The location is very convient. Mitchell’s market has great sandwhiches, which is a block away. Believe me when I say you can hear everything that goes on upstairs, and I mean everything! I would probably not stay here again.
