This condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite features a queen bed, a custom walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms open into the Florida Room, creating a bright connection throughout the home.

Living spaces
The main living area is designed for everyday ease with tile plank floors, comfortable seating, and an HDTV (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials). Natural light fills the space, giving you a welcoming spot to relax after time at the beach or exploring the neighborhood.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen with granite and marble countertops and stainless steel appliances provides all you need to prepare meals. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are available alongside cookware, dishes, and glassware. Gather at the dining table or linger in conversation as evening light filters in.

The enclosed Florida Room brings the outdoors in, offering panoramic golf course views in every season. You can also enjoy access to a community pool open year-round before returning to your private entrance and two reserved parking spaces.

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the condo comfortable. In-unit laundry is provided along with essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper, plus extra pillows and blankets.

The property includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Guests can check in on their own, and building staff are available 24 hours a day.
