Wenn Sie "Sea La Vie" betreten, werden Sie sofort feststellen, wie komfortabel und entspannend die Wohnung ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand in Ponte Vedra, die Aussicht auf die Sonnenaufgänge und Meer sind einfach erstaunlich.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zahlreiche komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, und das angeschlossene Restaurant und die Bar sind perfekt für einen schönen Familienessen, während zu den Klängen des Ozeans zu hören. Es gibt auch einen großen Flachbildfernseher ... perfekt für eine Nacht voller Familienfilme! Durch die französischen Türen öffnet sich das Wohnzimmer zu Ihrer großen Veranda. Die Veranda ist mit Glasschiebetüren und Bildschirmen ausgestattet, um die Nacht hereinzulassen. Während Sie ein Puzzle am Spieltisch spielen oder ein Lieblingsbuch lesen. Der Strand ist von der Veranda zugegriffen werden kann, nur ein paar Stufen hinunter und Sie den Sand unter den Füßen spüren!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ebenfalls zum Meer ausgerichtet und verfügt über Türen, die zur Veranda geöffnet werden können. Wachen Sie mit dem Sonnenaufgang und dem Rauschen der Wellen direkt unter Ihnen auf. Das Bad wurde gerade renoviert und bietet zwei Waschbecken und eine große ebenerdige Dusche.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich an der Vorderseite der Wohnung mit eigenem umgebaute Bad nur über den Flur. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über zusätzliche Flachbildfernseher.

Kommen Sie hungrig vom Strand? Hier finden Sie eine gut ausgestattete Küche, mit allem, was Sie ein Picknick erstellen müssen finden, während für Haifischzähne suchen. Ihre Waschmaschine und Ihr Trockner in voller Größe stehen für nasse Strandtücher direkt neben der Küche.

Wonderful property especially if you enjoy the beach and the ocean. Close to all kinds of local attractions and services. However the beach would be difficult to get to for a physically handicapped person because you must navigate a spiral staircase and cross a sand dune to get to the beach. But once you’re on the beach it’s perfect for walking. It’s like walking on carpet. Feet stay on top of the sand. People ride bikes and push baby strollers on it.

Great location to Mayo Clinic

It was a very homey condo, decorated well. Very safe surroundings. The Ponte Vedra area is wonderful. It wasn't very good access to the beach and being in our 70's going down the spiral staircase was a little unsafe, but we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property. We had to leave after our first week due to a tragic death in our family. But, it was a absolutely beautiful place to stay. Thank you and we hope to get back for a fun trip.

Home Away From Home

This was our first stay on the East coast of Florida and we really liked it. The condo was exactly as the pictures portrayed but nicer because of its location, proximity to the ocean, and its furnishings. Relaxing on the lanai while reading a book, watching the sunrise, or just listening to the ocean was perfect. Everything that you would need for an enjoyable vacation is here, including a very responsive host.

Perfect vacation

Sea La Vie was the most amazing condo! Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room in this beautiful, well stocked, clean home. Kendra was beyond accommodating and easy to work with. Waking up to the views of the beach and ocean couldn’t have been more amazing. I would recommend Sea La Vie to everyone who is looking for the best place to stay in Ponte Vedra Beach!

2nd Time Around - Perfect

This is our 2nd year coming to this condo because we loved it so much last year. The location offers a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Dolphins in the morning and evening and Pelican patrols all day. Walking the beach every morning is amazing. Our stay was great and we would do it again. Kendra is an amazing property manager. She keeps in touch and is always making sure we are comfortable. The cleaning crew is fantastic and does a truly deep clean. The pictures are a true representation of the property!

Ponte Vedra Condo

Compact but very clean, well appointed condo on a nice part of Ponte Vedra Beach, and close to lots of amenities (unlike some of the beachfront properties farther south). Great for couples or small families. Would definitely book again.

Great condo

We try to make it to Ponte Vedra Beach every year. Its our favorite beach and has been for decades. We have never been in September, and it was perfect therapy. The condo was nicely upgraded. We rented multiple condos in the breakers in the past, and they were great too, but this was the first condo we ever rented with AC on the porch (lanai). The furniture on the porch was also fantastic and much nicer than the usual. We were able to meet several full time residents of other condos in the building and they were delightful. Kendra, the manager, was great as always. We hated to leave, and hope to be back soon.

Perfect escape

Our family enjoyed our getaway at the beach. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the ocean with our morning coffee. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We had a great week and highly recommend this property to others.

What a perfect spot in the world.

What an outstanding place to have a vacation. The view of the ocean and dolphins was great. Unit looked exactly like the pictures. The Lanai was accessible from both the living room and Master. We were there 3rd week in June and the beach had very few people on it. I am guessing it is that way most of the time. While this unit didn't allow pets, the beach was very pet friendly. Only thing we would do different is groceries seemed expensive. We would fill the cooler with more stuff before we got there. We will be back again for sure.

Perfect Beach Getaway

If location is everything, this one is perfect. Set on a beautiful and quiet area of Ponte Vedra Beach, just steps from the sand. The condo itself was furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and places to lounge, and smart TVs in each room. We did a good amount of cooking during our stay, and the kitchen was a perfect size and had everything we needed. All in all we would absolutely stay here again and hated leaving. The entire process was easy, and when we reached out to Kendra a couple times, she was always available and incredibly responsive and accommodating. This was start to finish a wonderful experience.

Amazing place

Comfortable, homey & well equipped condo to make our week very enjoyable!

We liked the condo on the site but wasn’t sure until we actually went to it and found it to be exactly as advertised! It’s very nicely decorated and comfortable. To sit on the back porch and open the windows to enjoy the beautiful views and ocean breeze was heavenly!! To just step down the ladder to the beach was so easy and convenient. The private beach was the best part; no overcrowding or fighting for a spot! We highly recommend this condo and we will return to use it again some day. Kendra was wonderful to work with. She lives near and came quickly if needed!
