The service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach setup is included with your stay; however, the specific location of the setup on the beach is not guaranteed.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
- Beach Access: Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island.
- Property Access: On-site private access is stairs-only.
- ADA Access: An accessible public ramp is available immediately next door.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay.
