Diese 7. / oberste Etage-Einheit an der Ecke des Gebäudes verfügt über eine umlaufende Terrasse, auf der Sie einen 270-Grad-Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, den Santa Rosa Sound, die Brooks Bridge, Jachthäfen und vieles mehr genießen können. Die 2 Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Küche und des Wohnbereichs und bieten Privatsphäre für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche bieten Blick auf den Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer an der Ecke des Gebäudes mit Kingsize-Bett und deckenhohen Fenstern bietet den gleichen fantastischen Panoramablick wie die Terrasse. Das große 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Der Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Sofa und einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Die geräumige Küche ist viel größer als die typische Küchenküche. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Schränke mit durchgehenden Spiegeltüren. Meisterbad hat seine und ihre Waschbecken. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine voll ausgestattete, modernisierte Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten, 3 HDTVs, DVD-Player, kostenfreies WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, eine Bartresen und Deckenventilatoren. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind kostenlos (März-Okt) und der Pool ist beheizt.

Great place to stay! Short walk to the beach and great location!

Great location and staff was great! I have never stayed somewhere that the staff was so attentive!! We left some items and they mailed them to us right away! We will definitely be back!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a decent place to stay. I thought it was clean and had all the essentials. They place is cheaply made. Very thin doors, the facets in the shower are loose, feels like you can break things easily on accident. Too many mirrors everywhere if you have small children running around.

The staff at the condo was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The only downside to the condo was theOne of the 2 elevators, which happened to be next to our room, was not working. So there was only one elevator in the entire complex. This resulted in long waits. This would not have been so bad if we would not have been on the top floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family just stayed for one night, so I think I may be extra disappointed in what we got for the price (cleaning and processing fees would have been less per night if we stayed longer). It was well stocked and overall, surfaces seemed to be cleaned well, but the couches were stained and there was a leftover smell that lingered in the whole place and it was even in the blankets. The balcony had a nice view, staff was very helpful and nice, great access to the beach, but the smell ruined the experience for me. I was thankful to have a quiet place to sleep, but we have paid much less and gotten far more comfortable and cleaner accommodations at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was great, the nautilus building and grounds, the condo, the beach, beach service, proximity to attractions, the whole thing. Immediately after booking we were contacted by nautilus with answers to questions we had that we hadn't asked yet and hadn't thought to ask. Leading up to our arrival we received helpful information about what to do once we arive. The lady working that day was very pleasant and helpful. Our 7th floor room had a wonderful view, both of the bay and the gulf. The condo was well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to cook like at home (not things like butter or milk, of course). Everything was great. Highly recommend and will return.

The condo did have some wear and tear (towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor, one balcony chair had a small rip in the fabric). That didn't prevent us from having a fantastic time or enjoying the condo. Loved the 'left behind' stash where we could borrow extra beach chairs and floats. Beach service was available even before check-in time! Staff was super nice, always available and helpful. I will definitely stay hear again!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It is located outside the busy part of Destin but is close enough to get out if you want to. Ideal location on the beach with great gulf views and a wrap around balcony.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we paid a significant amount of money for this stay and there were very few amenities to this unit. Four towels and 4 wash cloths for a 5 day stay. Really no feels to the unit...just rooms for you to sleep. The master bed felt like I was sleeping on a dorm room twin bed. Very hard and pillows were very flat. Pulled back the cover and it was long hairs underneath. Washer and drier definitely need an upgrade. You basically can get two beach towels and a couple pair of underwear in. This is especially important if you are only providing the bare minimum of towels to your guest. no beach towels are provided. Key pad went out so my husband and I were stuck with one key to share.

We did hear a lot of traffic being in the back of the building. Wishing we would have had better weather to enjoy the balcony but nothing you can do about Mother Nature :) We would definitely stay at the Nautilus again, but Gulf Front would be my pick.
