Little Piece of Paradise

Fort Walton Beach/ Okaloosa Island is just beautiful! I love my condo at the Nautilus. It is a 2/bedroom 2/bath condo.... “Side Unit” with great beach views. I have owned my condo since 2002 and I have return guest year after year. Once you visit this area… You will want to come back for sure! The beaches are magical with their white powder sand and beautiful blue turquoise Gulf water. I guess that’s why they call it the Emerald Coast area.

I know how important it is to have a fully stocked kitchen, so many of my guests are very appreciative of all of items I provide. I even have an under the counter ice maker machine so you have extra ice for your cooler. Of course the refrigerator freezer also makes ice.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and bunks for the little ones. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, I have a Washer and Dryer inside the condo! :-)

Beach service for 2 is provided during your stay (March - October), and I also have additional folding beach chairs in the little closet near the entrance area. There are some fun little sand toys for the kids in that closet. I would love to have you come and stay at my Little Piece of Paradise.

A little slice of paradise!

The condo was roomy, the kitchen was well stocked, the master bedroom was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, easy access to the pool and to the ocean. Would highly recommend this rental. We plan to visit again real soon!

Great condo for relaxing vacation!

Nice location away from the main road. Condo has view of the ocean, nice balcony to sit in the morning hours. Nice size pool for afternoon sun and access to the beach. Restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Tara truly thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Her condo was well-equipped and also incredibly welcoming — it instantly felt like home. Communication with her was seamless, and she was always easy to reach if we had questions. None of us were ready to leave when it was time to go! Girls Spring Break trip

The location was perfect. Short, easy walk to the beach. The host was wonderful with sending information about check-in early and was available if we needed. ( which we did not) We were even able to check in early. Would stay here again.

The condo could use a good deep cleaning. There are a bunch of random decor plants that you can see layers of dirt on them along with the base boards. The kitchen is stocked with things needed but all pretty old and again dirtier looking. At first arrival there was a sponge in the sink that you could tell had been used and honestly no one wants to use a sponge from a different family not knowing what it was used for. The location was great and beds were comfy. It was fine in the long run as a place to stay for the week, but again I think a good DEEP clean and some decor removal could help reviews.

Great place to stay

This was an excellent stay. My mom and I were very happy with the condo and facilities. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo had everything needed - washer/dryer, coffee maker, ice maker etc. The location was great - away from majority of traffic.

Little Piece of Paradise

We had a lovely stay over new year. Only minor issues; a light bulb was missing over the island in the kitchen, the toilet flusher was wonky in the second bathroom, bathroom towels could use replacing, and there were no trash bags in the cans upon arrival. Trash bags were under the kitchen counter for use. Great location and wonderfully decorated and spacious condo. Definitely recommend.

A nice Nautilus stay

Nice and relaxing stay for the most part. Unit was very comfortable and loved the decor. Some maintenance work going on outside at times but overall I would recommend the Nautilus but February is not very warm to enjoy the beach.

Great time at the beach

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Property is a great location in that it's close several places to eat, stores, and attractions, but doesn't feel touristy. It's right on the beach, but there isn't lot of traffic. The condo is well maintained with the owner being very responsive for a couple of issues that came up during our stay.

I have been traveling to this area ever since my children were little. I fell in love with this area and the Nautilus condominium, so I feel very blessed to actually own a condo here. We have made beautiful memories over the years, and I’m sure you would make great memories of your own. It’s great to now spend at home with my granddaughter… Featured in the photo with me. Okaloosa Island is just breathtaking! When you drive down to the condo you got the beach to the left side of you and the beautiful intercoastal waters to the right of you. There is much to do in this area, especially… If you love the beach and water. This is a great family area, so crazy drunk teenagers have never been an issue around here. Most of us only rent to 25 years or older
