Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was excellent! We were on the beach, in the middle of eating places and entertainment, and the condo was quiet and relaxing.

Property was just as advertised. The property itself was spectacular. The condo was clean and the owner provided additional amenities for guest, which was really unexpected in a very good way. I would highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place to stay. Office staff were friendly and funny. Easy check in and check out. The unit was newly renovated and gorgeous. Great wrap around balcony with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Bonus - the bed was super comfortable.

This property is a great place to stay! Everything is clean and beautiful. We loved the large, bright and well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are upgraded and there are a lot of hooks and towel bars. The living room furniture is comfortable and the leather couch has recliners on either end. This unit is on the end of the building and has a wrap around porch with a wonderful view of the gulf. Also, the new amenities that include beach towels and extra chairs is so nice and helpful.

This condo was recently renovated and it’s fantastic! The walk to the beach was so close and wonderful to have direct access with 2 beach chairs and umbrellas available! There were starter packs of everything waiting for us, along with beach towels and beach chairs. Our only “complaints” were the noise the last 2 nights of our stay. We could hear the people above us very late at night. There were some young kids on spring break who were outside yelling as well. Beware of road noise as well from the master bedroom. It dies down as the night goes on, but you can definitely hear it all the time. All in all, everything was clean, check in was great, the garbage disposal was fixed promptly and there was constant check in to make sure everything was ok. Also worth noting there are not many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a lot of traffic going towards the bridge to get to Publix and other places/restaurants. The few places nearby are in hotels.

We had a wonderful experience. It was clean and the host has great communication. The only (minor) things I would would say is the pillows are uncomfortable as are the beds in the guest room. The master bed is very comfortable though with a nice bathroom! Will most definitely stay again!
