Our family has been to Pensacola beach many times, but this was the easiest and most comfortable stay we’ve had. The home is great, close to the beach, and had plenty for our family to enjoy while it was raining. The host was very hospitable. We cant wait to return!

What a great house! Six adults and two kids and plenty of room! The owner is amazing. It was a bit different in that Joe meets you to give you the keys and show you about the house. You absolutely do not need to bring anything. There are beach chairs, wagons, toys and towels. Even a kiddy pool. The downstairs hangout was fun. Corn hole and other games. We loved our stay but will wait a few years before booking again. It was a bit challenging with a one year old. Not child proof. But once she is a little older we will be back!One other small draw back for my family but not me...no TVs in the two queen rooms.

Happy Hours is your home away from home when you are in Pensacola. We felt spoiled the minute we stepped in, with an amazing house, where everything we could possibly need or think of was there to help you enjoy your time on the beach, to cooking whatever you want for your family. Kids had a blast with the ring hook, corn hole, bikes, boogie boards, games, and more. They were off their iPads & phones. You can’t get any closer to the beach and water than this. This part of the beach was pretty quiet and away from the general public which was so nice. At times we had the beach to ourselves without another person in sight in the mornings and evenings. We kept saying we are at the best spot and house on the block. The view from the dining room and living room couch is breathtaking for us beach lovers. The house has so many special features. Love all the lounging spots all around the house. Loved the wrap around porch and top deck. Had so much fun chilling on the hammock and hanging swings. I almost don’t want to share this review, because Happy Hours is such a priceless gem that we are so grateful finding and don’t want to make it too competitive to book again. The owners are incredible and personable. We appreciate them so very much. They came out and took care of any special requests right away. We felt so well cared for. So many incredible memories were made here with our family. Thank you Happy Hours. We love you and can’t wait to come back one day.

Fabulous, spacious 5star home with a gulf view was perfect for our family vacation. Joe had everything you could want - bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler. We loved playing darts and hanging out in the breezy garage tiki bar and hammock. Couldn’t ask for better.

The property was amazing and well stocked! It has anything you can think of. The short walk to the shore is a game changer as you don’t 100 ft of beach to trudge through to get to your spot. We purposely chose this place hoping it was a quiet, family oriented, non crowded beach and this place fits the bill!

Joe was great, met us at the house and gave us a tour around to show us everything we needed. The house was in amazing shape and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just in front of the boardwalk so great access to the beach. We really liked the crows nest with the 360 view. Area was quiet and the beach was not too crowded.

Awesome vacation home

The house was awesome the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time. Joe was fantastic and we really appreciate he and Christina sharing their house with us.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Perfect beach getaway. House was wonderful. Everything we needed to have a restful, enjoyable time at the beach.Couldn't have been more pleased.We had a group of 9 not including two babies. Plenty of room and privacy. Everything worked perfectly for us. It was like having a home away from home.

Right across the street from the Gulf...50 yards from the water. Unimpeded Gulf access... like having your very own private beach! The free flowing floor plan allows for easy living in a comfortable, relaxed setting. The 1300 square feet of covered deck space and a 3rd level observation deck offer many places to find your own private piece of paradise and get away from the crowd and just chill! We have a 3-Day minimum rental for every month except JUNE and JULY which are 7-DAY MINIMUM

Located right across the street from the Gulf with views of Santa Rosa Sound as well. Great home for large families! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, no condos in the area, ideal for families with small children.
Imagine spending the day on the Gulf, and never having to use an elevator nor a public restroom! Ha!
