Family Beach Vacay

Everything was just as pictured and described in listing. Communication with the property owner as well as management was great!! My favorite part about this unit is definately its location, just a short walk across the street to the beach!!

Swim shack

We had a great week at the swim shack. Location is good, just across the road from the beach. The condo is well stocked with all you need for cooking. Contact with the owner is very easy. We enjoyed having beach chair setup included with our stay.

Awesome family friendly rental!

We loved our stay here at this property at sandpiper cove! The location was great being close to the ocean and the pool, very convenient! Everything was nice and clean, plenty of sleeping for our family! We would definitely rent it again!

Great experience!

The condo was very clean and the property manager was easily accessible to answer any questions if necessary. there is plenty of room for every one in the room, and it was a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again :)

Great property!

We stayed at this condo for a week in August 20 21 and had a great time. The location is perfect! We were able to walk back-and-forth to the beach daily as well as enjoy the pools on the property. We loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it perfect for two couples to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Very misleading

The pictures on the add for the condo were very misleading. It made it look like the condo was on the beach and it was definitely not! You have to cross a busy road… walk up a hill… walk on boardwalk then walk down several stairs. I am disabled so I tried it one time and my knee went out. So I was not able to enjoy the beach with my family at all! Then when my family went to rent a tent and chairs the gentleman said that most of the condo owners rent them for their guests. But that ours did not. Cost 136.00 for 4 days. They gave us only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Then made us strip our beds before we left. I was on vacation and I paid someone for me to clean our condo! Big waste of money.

Response from owner: "So sorry you felt that way, Cherie. Nowhere in our description does it say we’re on the beach, if the unit was on the beach it would’ve been much more expensive. Also, when renting a condo it is customary to receive a complimentary starter amount of supplies (a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc) guests usually shop for or bring the necessary items needed for their stay. You also had a lengthy conversation with my wife prior to your arrival clarifying where our unit was located. We are sad to read this review, as we thought everything was communicated well prior to your arrival!"

Great location!

We have stayed in Sandpiper Cove many times. This has been my favorite stay so far! The condo was updated and beautiful! Love thy it is right by the gate to get to the beach. It's also steps away from the pool! The owners were great to work with. We will definitely book again! We had a great time!

Great Condo and Very Close to the Beach!

This condo was terrific. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay there. It was decorated very well and the condo was up-to-date and not outdated or old. The TV's had Roku remotes so we were able to stream our daughters favorite TV shows with ease. The condo's patio as large and adjacent to the beach walkway's road crossing. The automatic door entry codes were a nice touch so we didn't have to keep up with keys on our trips to and from the beach. We would definitely come back!!!
