Sie werden die natürliche Schönheit der Emerald Shores, einer privaten Wohnanlage der gehobenen Häuser lieben, in einer tropischen Umgebung. Unsere Upgrade Haus liegt auf einem ruhigen Cul-de-sac gelegen, gegenüber dem Pool, großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, umfasst übergroßen Whirlpool und Wrap-around-Balkon. Sie finden hier alles, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Außengrill, Waschmaschine und Trockner. W befindet sich etwa sieben Blocks östlich des Einkaufszentrums Destin Commons, südlich von Highway 98 im Zentrum der Emerald Shores Sub-Division.

Gourmet Abendessen, hervorragende Golfplätze, und Designer-Outlet-Center nur wenige Minuten entfernt, mit einer unglaublichen Angeln in der Nähe. Alle Zimmer hat einen Fernseher, Das 4. Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher und Blu-Ray. Unser Strandpavillon ist ein kurzer Spaziergang für unsere Emerald Shores Eigentümer und Gäste, betreibt Privatstrand Straßenbahn ganzen Sommer lang, der Pavillon ist nur für Eigentümer und Gäste, gibt Toiletten und Duschen im Freien steht für Sie bereit.

Great location and nice accommodations

We were extremely happy with the location and the size of the rental. The kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms had everything we needed and was perfect for our trip to Miramar.

Emerald Shores 4/3 by the pool

Extended family with 2 children and 2 pets, our 17th year in emerald shores. The house was very nice, great open floor plan on bottom floor, lots of room and seating. Good size kitchen. Neat little back yard for the dogs. All bedrooms are upstairs, nice but be aware all must climb stairs. Well sized/appointed rooms with comfy beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Host was excellent, accommodating couldn’t ask for more. Recommend for large groups with pets. Thank you.

The best place for family!

Hidden Gem

This property is nestled in a beautiful gated subdivision within walking distance of the beach. However, with our beach bags and chairs, we did take advantage of using their golf cart service, which was almost always available. The house was clean and spacious and plenty of room for us all to be together. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and the upper patios. The owner Patty was close at hand if we needed her. The house was furnished with everything we needed. We were blessed with an absolutely beautiful week of fun, laughter, sunshine and perfect gulf waters! We also took advantage of the two lovely pools. One of the pools is right across the street from the house. After a day at the beach they felt wonderful!!! Would highly recommend! We hope to stay here again. We also visited Donut Hole, Baytown Warf, Harbor Walk, Original SeaBlaster and Silver Sands Outlet. (All were easy drives)

Absolutely amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids with a bed to spare! We love that it is dog friendly! It is a short 0.25 mile walk to the beach. Restaurants locally are so yummy. The pool is right across the street! The friendly neighborhood golf cart folks were awesome for transport! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Great house in great neighborhood in Miramar Beach

My husband, myself, and our son along with pup really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great. Wonderful Beach Home

Don't hesitate. Book it! This home was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. More room than we needed really, but we loved every bit of it. Comfy living room seating, good beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, a well stocked spacious kitchen as well as 3 nice bathrooms. Backyard is small but fenced, with enough grassy area for our dogs. They loved it! Sidewalks in the community made walking the pups very nice too. Walking distance to the beach with easy access. Having the beach cart available was wonderful. We rented bikes and rode from one end of Scenic Gulf Dr to the other stopping for shopping, snacks and coffee. Ice cream truck came by everyday which was a nice treat too. Pool area was nice and clean with lots of seating. One of our favorite trips and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Kulpins family for sharing your gem with us!

Great house and location!

My family group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and a large enough space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was a great space for making meals and had everything needed. The location in relation to the beach is great. Patty was very responsive when I had questions and was a great host! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our family get together. The neighborhood is really nice with short walk to beach. The house fit 8 of us comfortably. Host communication was good and our difficulty with opening the facility gate was dealt with immediately. Had a wonderful time

Family vacation

This was our first time coming to the Destin, FL area. We made wonderful memories while on this vacation. Our family was very impressed and satisfied with the house and all it has to offer. Everyone had plenty of room. The property owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The community is also wonderful and everyone is so friendly. Be aware that all bedrooms are upstairs, short walk to beach, pool was great, clean house, furniture and beds could be more comfortable but ok for the 5 of us, fenced back area was great for our dogs, stocked kitchen, wrist bands for beach and pool access was 30.00, no cash, great restaurants nearby - our favorites were, Pompano Joes (grouper sandwich) and McGuires Irish Pub (boxty’s, Reuben sandwich) - chill and relaxed time, family memories, as usual the time went by to fast!

Dan and Nora have been married for the past fifty five years, Nora was born in Dublin Ireland ,they have two children Dan jr and Patty, they have four grand children ages 32, 28, 26 and 25. Our kids love coming to Destin each year.
They love the beaches, pool, golfing and all the family activities that Destin has to offer.

Location! Location! Location!!! We are located about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center.
Truly an outstanding location. Experience it all - walk to Emerald Coast beach, one of the best in the world, along with golfing, dining, shopping and many more fine attractions.

Great location next to the heated pool in a safe quiet cul de sac location. Great shopping only about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center and several blocks west of Silver Sands shopping center. We are just a short walk to the beach.
