Sandpiper Cove is impressively well-maintained, offering five swimming pools (including two heated pools, with one conveniently located beside the building). Right in front of the condo, you’ll find pickleball and tennis courts, as well as a beautifully maintained 9-hole par-3 golf course, which is free for guests. The resort also boasts a marina, a lake, and a canal, adding to the charm of this waterfront oasis.

Dining is just a short stroll away, with Louisiana Lagniappe—a renowned restaurant—only two minutes from the condo, and Sand Flea Beach Bar and Grill right on the private beach. Speaking of the beach, guests enjoy complimentary beach service, including two chairs and an umbrella set up daily for your comfort (from March 1st to October 31st).

The condo itself, as for now, is kind of outdated, but has a warm charm, is well-stocked, impeccably clean, and currently perfect for up to four guests. The spacious balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks, offering an unforgettable view. Balcony has been renovated in August/25 (new decking and beautiful Adirondack dining area and bar height chairs to appreciate the views. Also smart system has been installed in August 2025 (climate control by Ecobee, smart lock by Google Nest Yale, and doorbell camera monitoring the front door. Later this year, the owners plan to renovate (already working on design and permits), updating and expanding the sleeping arrangements and adding their personal touch to enhance the space.
