Beach is a 3-to-5-minute walk from the CONDO! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 2nd floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living area has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest).
Unit 2218 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.
Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Head out and explore the town of Indian Rocks Beach where restaurants, shops, and even a local waterpark are just a short walk from this rental. Take the whole family on a trip back in time at the Pinellas County Heritage Village, just three miles east. Or visit St. Petersburg, only 20 miles away, where you can enjoy a game of baseball at Tropicana Field or check out one of several new microbreweries throughout the city.

Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances!
