🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Elevators: Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) travels directly to the 8th floor.
Trash: The trash closet is conveniently located next to the elevator.

🌴 THE AREA:
Dining: Walk to many local restaurants, live entertainment, ice cream, and candy shops.
Explore: Beach within walking distance. The coastal trolley stops close by and will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later.
🌡️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands are required for the pool/park and can be obtained at the gift shop.
🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

This unit must have the most beautiful view in the area! The spacious balcony serves up vast views of the ocean as well as the waterway below, where we saw dolphins and stingrays swim by! The beach and great restaurants are just steps away. The little neighborhood is quiet and relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of areas up and down the coast. Loved that the hosts provide literally everything you need for the beach including a wagon. And the attached water park is wonderful too! Very clean and fun and perfect for all ages. We had 3 generations stay and it was perfect in every way!

Water park fun!

This is a great location for families. Beautiful views from the 8th floor balcony and sunset views from outside balcony. The water park is good for all ages. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time with 6-8 year old grandchildren and families.

Nice stay, bad mattresses

Good clean rental. Great location, plenty of things within walking distance. The mattresses were not good and the only elevator to get to the 8th floor was very questionable. Had a really good vacation there. The balcony overlooking the waterway was wonderful.

Excellent condo, exactly as advertised

The unit was new, clean and very spacious and had a great deck overlooking the waterway. Just steps to the beach and Crabby Bill's restaurant. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas and the kitchen was well stocked. Can't go wrong staying here.

Fun Place

We stay here every August and have been in several units. This one was lacking in quite a few areas. Would it have been so much to ask for a bar of soap? I mean add $3 to the room cost if it is too much. I have never stayed anywhere where soap was not included. Also the Ice maker was very slow and we had to buy our own ice. The supplies in the cabinets were very limited. We love this place but I will definitely rethink renting this unit again. The slider door in the bathroom just closed all the time. Master shower door was difficult to open. Otherwise it was great.

Peaceful

We had a water view condo where we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning watching dolphins , manatees and ducks plus boaters coming and going . We loved that everything and anything you needed was in walking distance. Beach was beautiful, restaurants were great, the pools at water park were a little chilly for us Floridians from the east coast so we spent our time at the beach. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great Location

We had a 2 year old to 80 year old and this was a great location. Communication with the host was superb. We used Way 2 Go Rides to get there from The airport. Very nice and cheaper than an Uber. There are plenty of eating places and shopping around the area and it is very clean. We rented golf carts from Happy Carts and they were also amazing. A quick ride to John’s pass for more shopping. Highly recommend Crabbys next to the condos and Jimmys. The water park was perfect for all of us. Also loved the bar there. The condo was nice and I loved the kitchen and how well equipped it was. We made breakfasts there and did not want for anything. The temp was very comfortable. We had no problem getting into the condo with the key pad. We took turns sleeping on the sofa bed. We were shocked at the beach items there and used almost everything! We were very comfortable. We saw many dolphins in the canal off the balcony and manatees. We all loved the queen fleet fishing tour and the little toot dolphin tour. Salt cracker cooked up our fish and it was amazing. If you are staying and have any problems, send a message and they will fix it asap. We felt very taken Care of. Hope to return!

Perfect family-size condo in IRB

We had a great stay here! This was our third time to Marker 33 condos & we will be back. We love the location. This condo was the biggest we've stayed in and really enjoyed that extra bedroom. The view from the balcony was great and was furnished with a nice table and several chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, which I found to be helpful for cooking dinner and breakfast! Debbi the property manager was very helpful with a few questions that I had! I appreciate that! We really enjoyed the beach supplies for our day at the beach and the kids loved the passes to the waterpark! Thank you!

The condo was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of both the intercoastal and the ocean. There were plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull them in, along with easy access to a rooftop balcony to watch the sunset. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This was a great property! The kids, 11, 11, and 8 stayed busy for hours in the water park, which was heated, and were exhausted in the evening. I rated 4 for check in only because the elevator was down and we had to carry lots of luggage up 8 flights of stairs. It was fixed quickly and the company was very responsive with any questions. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a CVS. Our kids loved their Christmas present, thank you!!

Family Vacation

The Condo and Waterpark were great. Just as expected from the listing. Our family enjoyed our stay and will probably vacation and stay here again. The only problem we had was that the Elevator that goes to floors 6-8 stopped working on our second day there. It was still not fixed when we left. This could be a real problem if we would have had any elderly or disabled people in our group.

Overall property was perfect for our needs. There were a few minor issues (icemaker was inadequate, couple of lights not working), but overall very comfortable. Views were amazing. Location was within walking distance of beach and many other amenities. We would stay there again.

Great Location!

We had a little family get together and this was the perfect location for us. It is so close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Right across the street is the beach with easy access. This unit had plenty of beach stuff for us to use. The unit itself was very nice and met all our needs. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Gets really bright in the morning. We loved the balcony overlooking the intercostal and has Gulf views. The best of both worlds. Also there were public docks right next to the building that my brother just pulled up the boat and we could get on. The water park was a nice bonus for the kids and even the adults enjoyed it. Overall just a great spot to visit.
