The parking lot is hard to access at times due to the heavy machinery being brought in. Balcony views are obstructed since the beach is blocked by equipment and machinery. Per the timeline, Indian shores could be effected until the end of September and into October.

Nice Beach Condo

Good size condo. Great location, great sunset view. Nice kitchen. Furniture is a little worn, WiFi wasn’t working At first and water pressure was low but other than that, I would stay there again.

Great location subpar unit

Upon arrival the lock on the door to enter main building was broke and handle to door was laying in floor the elevator messed up just after we arrived leaving me to pack all our luggage and groceries up the stairs and this was a ongoing thing throughout my stay never knew if it was going to work or not the air conditioner in the unit could not keep up even if we closed the curtains to block the sun from shining into the unit I think 75 degrees was the best I seen 2 nd day of stay dishwasher tears up leaving me to hand was the rest of the week they finally get that checked out on my last day of being there but the technician said his repair would need overnight to complete so needless to say I was very displeased with the unit however the views from the balcony was terrific and the beach was awesome

Indian Shores best location

We have been here 3 different times and feel this is a perfect location. The condo is in need of some maintenance and upgrades but on the whole we enjoy this location. The beach is perfect and we love the coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance. Might try a different unit in this building to see if it has better upgrade. (The sofa has wear and tear, lamp did not work in the master. Downstairs complained about a leak we could not find. The ice maker could not keep us with 3 people having ice water…the bath towels are stained and dingy)

Family Beach Vacation

We spent a week here with our three children (ages 4, 5, and 8) for a beach getaway. Pros: -Beach access was so convenient! A short flight of stairs or elevator ride had us right on the beach! -Beach was quiet, family friendly, and we saw dolphins! -The unit had a closet with coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, and more! We added beach toys and more umbrellas that we purchased. Perfect for families who fly and don’t have much room to pack those things. -The kitchen was well appointed- it was great having a full fridge/freezer for beach snacks! -Short drive to great restaurants/shopping. Our favorites were Doc Ford’s, Lulu’s for ice cream, and Johns Pass for shopping and dinner. The kids also enjoyed mini golf just a few minutes from the unit. Cons: -The kids were super jazzed about the bunk beds, but they were so squeaky/wobbly that we ended up not using the top bunk. -The unit could use some TLC. Mostly cosmetic upgrades, but it is definitely showing some wear and tear. Patio door does not lock without using the provided PVC pipe. Highly recommend for families looking for an easy beach getaway!

Beautiful and serene beach setting

The condo is beautiful and the location is ideal. The eclectic furnishings certainly add to the great beach vibe. Only issue was that beach chairs in the Master closet were all broken and sandy. The only thing that could make the condo better would be an on-site washer and dryer.

Location, location, location

This property was ideally located for our family-it was right on the beach in a quiet area and perfect for our special needs granddaughter. It could use some updating, however, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Great for families

We were pleased with the condition of the condo upon arrival. We did notice it was a little warm when we got there but soon afterwards we received a call from the property manager letting us know the AC was broken and would be replaced ASAP. The guys that came were quick and friendly, and we were happy to stay on the beach while they did the replacement. The condo is right on the beach, which was perfect and so convenient. We have two teens and felt comfortable letting them go in and out to the beach on their own. Watching the sunset each night from the balcony was a plus! The location is in a quiet part of town, which was perfect for us. The grocery store and restaurants were a bit of a drive but we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely stay here again, in fact I just checked to book for next spring break and was disappointed to see it’s already reserved. Maybe next time!

I did a lot of research for properties on the beach and this one was great for the price! Cleanliness, access to the beach, chairs/cooler/umbrella/towels available for use, laundry facilities was great! There was plenty of room for my family. I would definitely stay here again!

Ok but not great

Amazing location. Its nice to walk right out onto the beach. We had a couple of roaches visit us during our stay which was surprising because the place was very clean. Probably just an isolated incident. The big complaint was the bunk beds... they were so loud an squeaky. It was abnoxious and made it difficult to sleep listening to all the noise. The slighest move produced a loud squeak.

Family Vacation

This unit was very comfortable and had lots of room for a family to move around in. The view was beautiful right on the beach and we would definitely rent this unit again. The only issue that I had was with the code to get into the unit. It didn't work so we had to go downstairs to retrieve a key from a lock box outside. I had reached out to Vacasa a few times about the code issue and also had a few questions and I never received any communication back.

We loved our stay! The view is so beautiful and it was wonderful being right on the beach. We were also only steps away from an amazing coffee shop with delicious coffee. Everything about this property was so great and we plan to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here at Indian shore. The unit was clean and equipped with all and anything you needed. Sitting out on the veranda was beautiful with the ocean and sand right at our door. We would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a delightful stay.
