Beach is a 3-to-5-minute walk from the CONDO! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 2nd floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living area has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest).
Unit 2218 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.
Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Take the whole family on a trip back in time at the Pinellas County Heritage Village, just three miles east. Or visit St. Petersburg, only 20 miles away, where you can enjoy a game of baseball at Tropicana Field or check out one of several new microbreweries throughout the city.

One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy.
