Communication was great, and check in was a breeze. The mattresses are a little on the old side and could stand to be replaced. We wanted to try and save some money by eating before and after our trips to the theme parks a the kitchen had everything we needed.

The property managers were responsive and friendly. Best pool and hot tub of any place we have ever stayed. The heating worked as advertised (not a given, we have learned over the years). We swam to our hearts’ content and used the converted garage-into-game-room extensively.

We had a lovely stay at this vrbo. The pool was very cold and I should’ve gotten pool heat. I contacted them on Saturday morning and didn’t hear back until Monday. I understand it’s the weekend but I thought they would at least check messages. I guess they don’t answer questions on the weekend. However the property is very nice and comfortable. And the neighborhood is also very nice and felt perfectly safe. Thank you for a great experience overall.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it comfortable, and felt safe in the neighborhood. We apologize for the delay in responding to your message regarding the pool temperature. While we do monitor communications, weekends can occasionally result in longer response times than we strive for, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our guest experience. For future stays, pool heating can be added in advance to ensure a more comfortable swimming temperature, especially during cooler weather. Thank you again for your kind words about the property, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Safe travels!

Great place to stay in a safe community

Not far from either Orlando or Kissimmee; easy access to and from the property. Plenty of space and things to do; a great place to relax in style and fun after the hustle and bustle of the day. The property management company was easily accessible and great to work with, we would definitely stay here again.
