Only got to stay one night due to death in the family. The management was helpful with my sudden checkout. First time I stayed in this area and it was a different kind of beach area but as described in previous reviews. Property was also as described in previous reviews.

This condo is too small for more than two occupants. The air conditioner is much too loud. The view off the balcony is the best part of the unit. The air flow is not adequately shared within the unit. Too much bedroom, not enough kitchen/living area. Kitchen appliances are excellent. Frying pans are worn out and need to be replaced. A wall mounted fan on the porch would be a great way to keep insects away and create a breeze, TVs and cable channels were excellent. Plant of hot water. The walk-in shower needs grab bars.

Excellent View and Beach Access

Overall the view from the villa and beach access made it worth the cost. The villa was nice but a little small. It worked fine for two. It was well stocked with everything necessary to make our own meals. The pools were nice , however the indoor pool was closed. The HVAC system was very loud in the bedroom which kept waking us up the first night. However we were used to it by night 2. A light sleeper may have an issue with the noise. Shower had great hot water but pressure was a little low. Shower was nice and large.but the shower floor could use a good cleaning. Overall we loved our stay.

Loved it

The unit was just as advertised. The resort is older, but well-maintained. Lovely grounds. I was so happy to be right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. The unit is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi and TV. It is 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up one at a time if you're a senior like me. The AC unit is very noisy and could do to be looked at, but it worked fine. Overall, I had exactly the beach week I was looking for and would recommend it.

Absolutely Amazing stay and beach

If you're looking for a Hilton Head stay that is a little more naturey and peaceful, this is the absolutely best place. We've stayed on the island many times. This was our first time out this way. What a place.

Furniture was horrible.

The couch was so uncomfortable and the white chair has gum between the cushions. The furniture needs replaced. Need to in invest 1000 into new living room furniture. Bed was fine. Air conditioner was loud and vibrated the floor. We had a fan that helped to drowned out the noise when we slept. I can't see more than 2 people staying here because it's small and we knew that. The staff at hate were super nice. Wouldn't recommend unless these issues are addressed.

Beautiful Sunrise

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly accommodating. The highlight was definitely the beach just steps away—with absolutely stunning sunrises each morning. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again!

Heaven on earth

We always stay at the spa on port royal sound. We usually get two bedroom. This time we rented a one bedroom on the end. The ocean view room. I bumped my elbow once doing laundry, but other than than all 4 of us fit. I’d stay in this room over and over again. It has everything you need for a beach visit with two kids.

Location, location, location

We knew going in that the unit would be small but it was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. This was our second time on the island and as a birdwatcher I had spent many days at Fish Haul Beach. I was thrilled to find this gem of a property right on the ocean st Fish Haul, surrounded by thousands of birds. The beach is quiet and lovely. The balcony was my favourite place to be whilst in the unit. Gorgeous light breezes and the view was spectacular. We loved it.

Lovely location for a short stay

We had a great time staying at this property as a jumping off point for exploring a potential family relocation to the area. The rental was a bit tight for our young family of four (one baby) but would probably have been perfect if both of our children were old enough to stay in the bunks. The Spa property is a bit dated and rundown but this specific rental was very well updated and clean. Would recommend for a couple or small family with older children that doesn't plan to spend a ton of time inside (and why would you in Hilton Head?) Location is amazing, truly steps to the beach on Port Royal Sound. Had lots of fun checking out the tide pools and walking the beach daily.

Just Right for One!

My son and daughter in law live in Hilton Head and I came down for the birth of their second baby. The Spa was a perfect location close to them (HH Plantation) and the hospital. Bonus: it was right on the beach with a beautiful view! I will definitely stay here again in the future. Much better than a hotel. The condo was tiny, but very comfortable for one (or two).

Hilton Head get away

Over all we had a good experience with our stay. The location is beautiful very nice pools and beach access. Lots of wildlife around deer and bald eagle were seem multiple times. Very peaceful area kind of away from the crowd. The common area needs updating the hallway carpets and flooring are in rough shape. Inside was pretty clean however the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the heat pump is so loud it made it tough to sleep. Also the fridge needs to be replaced as we had to mop water out of the floor the entire stay. The unit was as advertised and was over all a nice place other than the noted.issues.

We had an amazing stay. We made use of the pools on the property on a rainy day. The bike path started right by the entrance/exit which we also loved. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed.

Vacation Excellence Achieved

Wonderful stay! Loved the villa and the amenities! The villa/condo was excellent and exactly what our small family needed to enjoy HH! The beach is secluded and so much fun to explore! The outdoor Villa property was in need of some TLC (rated cleanliness as 4), but overall we were very satisfied! We will be back!

Great

Condo was small but perfect for our family of three. Owner was quick to respond to questions, very friendly and helpful. Very close to beach with great view. Had beach chairs, wagon, tent, umbrella and towels. The beach itself isn’t your typical beach since it’s on the sound. Small waves. When tide is low there were tons of wildlife to be seen. We saw dolphins and even saw a bald eagle! The only thing I suggest is a curtain or shades on the sliding doors. This made the living room fairly warm on the hot days. The resort area has a cat sanctuary on property with lots of cats roaming around. We saw some sitting on cars so keep that in mind if that bothers you.
