This community boasts water slides, a splash pad, Olympic size pool, a small store, some food and beverage services, game room, fitness center and covered lanai with ping pong tables and TVs. The home is located less than a three minute walk away from any of these amenities. Not too far from the clubhouse/pool area you can find a Castle playground, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a putting green.

Windsor Hills is also close to a great selection of shopping (groceries less than a half a mile away), dining and entertainment destinations. If you do decide to venture away from the Disney parks, the resort is close to the Interstate-4 corridor, for a short drive to Universal, Legoland, Sea World parks and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE. It's also only about an hour-and-a-half from the Space Coast beaches of Cocoa and Melbourne. It's right next door to the Gary Koch-designed, award-winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course.



Bedroom 1: Overlooking the private pool is the Caribbean Suite and principal master bedroom which features a King Bed, full dresser, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom. BRAND new mattress May 2025

Bedroom 2: The Regatta Suite is located toward the front of the villa and features a nautical theme, King bed, full dresser, a salon chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom. BRAND new mattress May 2025

Bedroom 3: Mickey's Mini-Suite is perfect for the kids and features two Twin beds, in-wall entertainment hutch with a flat-screen TV, DVD and VHS player with plenty of movies, children's books, many toys (look under the beds) and family board games. Also has a semi-private bathroom with shower/tub combo. BRAND new mattresses May 2025

Bedroom 4: African Safari Bedroom (Can you say Hakuna Metata?) is such a fun room and decorated accordingly. This room features two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, DVD's, books, and plush toys. Also, has a private bathroom! BRAND new mattresses May 2025



Enjoy the private (heated for $25 per day) swimming pool and spa with no rear neighbors. Have fun swimming or relax on the covered patio with ceiling fans. Also features outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.



For the safety of little ones there is also a child safety fence around the pool you can use.



Other features of this home include a fully stocked kitchen with both Cuisinart and Keurig coffee makers, a blender, waffle maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and plastic storage containers. It also has WIFI and a relatively new dining table. A BBQ grill is also provided at no extra charge, however we do kindly ask each guest to clean it after use and refill the propane if needed.



We know traveling with small children can be a challenge too, so we try to help by having two pack and plays (one with a bassinet attachment), single stroller, double stroller, umbrella stroller, high chair and even a booster seat for the dining table.



Enjoy hours of fun in the Games Room! Just added May 2023 an 8 foot slate top pool table, air hockey, a foosball table and xbox gaming (available on request). There are also tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, soccer balls, a football and golf balls with putters to use in the play areas around Windsor Hills. Plus a great community pool, waterslide, arcade room, and many other fun things to do. Other recent updates are upgraded TV's in most bedrooms! Master bedroom has a 50", nautical room at 43" and the safari room a 43".


The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.
