Dieses wunderschöne zweistöckige Stadthaus befindet sich im prestigeträchtigen Windsor Hills Resort! Das Stadthaus liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptclubhaus entfernt und ist gut gepflegt, wird ständig aktualisiert und wird Ihnen sicher gefallen. Diese Einheit ist eine Endeinheit, die privater und größer ist als andere Stadthäuser in der gleichen Gegend.

Wir haben die Küche mit einem neuen Tisch ausgestattet, neue Betten hinzugefügt, Verdunkelungsvorhänge installiert, damit die Gäste gut schlafen können, und neues Dekor hinzugefügt, um dem Ort ein frisches, sauberes Aussehen zu verleihen.

Wir haben und pflegen weiterhin ein sehr hohes Serviceniveau für unsere Gäste, um sicherzustellen, dass sie ständig Zugang zu uns haben und ihre Sicherheit gewährleisten, indem wir eine reaktionsschnelle Verwaltungsgesellschaft bereitstellen, die ihnen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht.

The host had Excellent communication. Also, all information about access to home was given a weeks to 3 days before arrival. Which was nice because you didn’t have to worry about it the day of travel. The house was clean and well organized. It was a wonderful stay! We would stay there again!

The condo is exactly what the pictures show! It’s immaculate and every detail has been thought of which is nice. The proximity to Magic Kingdom was 15 min max. So easy!The communication from owner was perfect and easy. We will definitely recommend this place and when back in Orlando would rent this property again!Thank you so much!

We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and we were so impressed by how impeccably clean and well-appointed Jeannie & Kevin's beautiful place was. They were extremely communicative and available before and during our stay -- and you can tell they care about their guests' experiences. The townhome was cute, family-friendly, comfortable, and so (awesomely) close to the Disney World theme parks. It was easy to get to and from the parks, especially after a long day with tired parents (us) and kids. On our day off from the theme parks, we enjoyed the community pool and water park, as well as food from the Marketplace & Grille, which was really convenient. This is the perfect place for families who want to be close to the action, but also want to have a quiet place to relax. Thank you, Jeannie & Kevin! We hope to come back again soon :)

The townhome was clean and neighborhood was quiet. The only negative was the smell when going outside. Some of the neighbors were negligent in picking up their dog droppings, creating an awful odor. Water park was great for the children.

Incredible stay for vacation with family

This place was everything I needed for a vacation and more. Master bedroom and another bedroom down the hall for my 6 and 3 year old kids with their own bathroom to use at night. The kitchen had all of the essentials for making your own foods and it was welcoming the second I walked into the door. It was very well cleaned and setup to perfection. I loved staying here with the family and how close we were to Disney (15 minutes with traffic). I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who's going on vacation with their family and needs a place to stay. The private pool was a bonus for the kids to have fun without needing to go far too.

Where do I start

We stayed a week. We had a 3 day pass to Disney. The location is 15 minutes away from the parks. The clubhouse and pools are awesome for the whole family (they do not close until 10pm). The house was comfortable and the small pool at the house was perfect to relax. I would also recommend a drive to the beach. We did clearwater beach on our day off from Disney. Even though it was 1 hour and 45 minutes, it was well worth it. This house was just perfect for us!! Thank you!

Disney Trip

The property was very clean and the home looked exactly like the pictures advertised. The club house was very nice (only used the pool) but it had activities during the day for kids. The home is located very close to all the Disney properies (10-15 minute drive). The home was also close to Walmart, souvenirs stores and restaurants. The only issue we had was that there was a roach in the downstairs bedroom; the roach was crawling on my son in the bed which woke him up. Also, the shower water has an awful smell. I would stay at this location again if I was visiting Disney.

Family Disney Trip

From the first contact with the hosts it was a pleasure. The info provided was clear and was provided in a timely manner. Family Vacation with Grandparents

Our family of 4 (kids ages 9 & 5) plus grandparents spent the week at Silver Spoon. It was a perfect location for our first trip to Florida—we got to experience a little bit of everything. Day 1: arrive & pool timeDay 2: Cocoa Beach & Kennedy Space Center Day 3: Pool day at the resort and Icon ParkDay 4: Sea WorldDay 5: Pool day at the resortDay 6: Universal Studios Islands of AdventureDay 7: early flight homeCommunication, check-in, and check-out were so easy! The little pool in the back was perfect while we made dinner, at the end of the day, or for when the adults needed a little down time. The big pool and slides were great for our pool days! The kids enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, searching for gators, and lizard hunting when they weren’t in the pool. Shopping is nearby whether you’re looking for groceries, souvenirs, or restaurants. We loved Sweet Clicks (gelato) which is just down the road. Highly recommend for a central location with lots of entertainment!

Just book it.

If you’re lucky enough this property is available, book it. Incredible location for Disney vacations (10-15 min drive!) Walmart is a 2 minute drive for any last minute needs or shopping for food for the rental. Close to restaurants and shopping. The home is better than pictured. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The resort pool is amazing and the drinks are NOT overpriced. It was safe and quiet. Can’t say enough positive things!!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were “just right” for a young family of four plus a grandma. The location of Windsor Hills was close to Disney as well as shopping areas to pick up any items we left at home. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Great stay; will return!

Everything we needed for our family vacation! 4 adults and a 4 year old. Plenty of space - the house is big enough that everyone had their own space and bathroom. Great location. Close to Disney parks (under 20 minutes with no traffic) and very short walk to the clubhouse and main pool. Walmart, Starbucks and fast food restaurants are just down the street. We appreciated the amenities provided by the hosts and used the stroller on our park days.

Perfect in every way

Great townhouse met all our needs and more. Only fly would have been great to have a shelf in the first floor bathroom and more hooks for towels in the bathroom and our bedroom otherwise amazing place super clean loved having the little splash pool. We will definitely come back.

Family Vacation

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to make the most of our trip. The hosts communicated very well & responded promptly to any questions. The home was perfectly located to our daughter’s gymnastics meet at ESPN & near all Disney’s attractions. I would recommend this property to family & friends.
