Situated in Gambetta area, it's in walking distance from the centre of Nice (place Massena, 1,6 km, 20 min) and 5 min from the tram (Alsace-Loraine station ) that crosses the city, from the airport to the port. Right next to the bars and restaurants of rue de France.

Recently renovated, it has parquet floor and high ceilings. There are
- a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the main living room.
- two living rooms and a bedroom that can accommodate 6 adults (a double bed and two double bed sofas) and
- a children's room that can host a baby (baby cot 60*120) and a child (high single bed with protective bars).
* In the second living room there is an office with a 24" monitor and HDMI cable suitable for teleworking.

- By tram: near Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen tram station (direct connection to port and airport)
- By car: 3 minutes from exit St Filippe (Voie Pierre Matis)
