Dieses gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in perfekter Lage in Musiciens im Zentrum von Nizza. Hier haben Sie die Nähe zum Meer und zum Stadtleben, mit dem echten
 und gute Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte.
Der große und schöne Balkon der Wohnung von ca. 15 m2 ist auch ein großer Vorteil dieser Wohnung. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat den größten Teil des Tages Sonne mit sehr geringer Transparenz gegenüber dem Haus gegenüber. Es gibt eine Markise, um die heißesten Stunden im Sommer auszufalten. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Hier gibt es sowohl einen Esstisch für 6-8 Personen, einen kleinen Cafétisch als auch einen elektrischen Grill.
Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa / Schlafsofa und einen Fernseher. Der Essbereich für 6 Personen befindet sich in der schönen und geräumigen Halle.
Das helle und frische Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett und einen großen Kleiderschrank.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle usw.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist geräumig. Es gibt einen beheizten Handtuchhalter.

On sixth flour ( US) so nice view of sky and away from street noise. Very light and sunny and private. Host very welcoming. Within 20 minute walk to old town and 15 minutes to beach and Prom. Very comfortable in January.

Loved the location. The apartment was very cozy and the balcony was lovely. Felt very safe and relaxed in a neighborhood friendly area. The owners were very helpful and communicating was easy. The flat was perfect for us -- probably the best equipped and most comfortable flat we have rented in about a decade of trips to Nice. We would come back any time! The balcony is large and serves as a terrace, accoutred with tables and comfortable fleece-covered chairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed as we sat out some mornings to eat in the warm December sunshine. There is a good grocery store across the street and there are bakeries and restaurants very nearby. The location of the flat suited us perfectly; it's in the midst of Musiciens, and a short walk either to Jean Médécin or the Promenade des Anglais.Our hosts, Malin and Jonas were excellent. Responses to all our requests were swift and very helpful, even when Malin had to make a rushed trip to Sweden for family reasons. We were delayed by hours due to bad weather on our arrival, yet Jonas met us at about 22.30 to check us in and show us around. Similarly, we were able to stay on for a few extra hours today, on our check-out day, as the weather was wet.

We recently stayed in this lovely balcony apartment for three weeks. The apartment on the fifth floor with elevator was extremely comfortable and always nice to return to after being out and about for the day. We had great weather while we were in Nice and enjoyed the balcony a lot. We ate breakfast outside almost everyday and several dinners as well. We liked staying in the Musicians quarter with its residential feel and many very handsome buildings. Walking to the beach from the apartment was very straight forward and only took about 15 minutes. Malin met us at the apartment when we arrived and also when we were leaving. She is a very friendly and kind person. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Nice again we would definitely choose this apartment because we liked it so much!!

Wonderful Stay in Nice

This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend.

Central location lovely balcony

We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

Nice place to stay in Nice

Great location. Close to Train if you want to go to Cannes or Monaco. Close to the beach and nice restaurant. Large apartment with all you need for short or long stay. Communication with Malin was excellent.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything necessary for a good vacation. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot outside during our stay. The balcony is pleasant, so was location- easy walk to the beach and public transportation, grocery store right across the street, overall very good value. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Wonderful Location

We had a great time staying at this property. We were here for five nights and it was perfect. The apartment is a nice size for two people, well equipped, there is a market across the street and we were surprised at how close it was to the sea/promenade and to the city of the City. One night, we took an Uber to a restaurant in the Old City, but took a walk back because it was closer than we thought. I would certainly stay here if visiting Nice once again.

Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. So much room!

This apartment is exactly as pictured! The balcony is outstanding, and the space is so large! Communication was wonderful with check-in and out and some wonderful information too! If we are ever in Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Nice. I will echo the other reviewers about how great Malin was - she even helped us get a form printed for our return flight. Love this location - very central but still quiet at night. We enjoyed watching the evening settle in on the balcony in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!
