Excellent host- instructions and videos for checking in absolutely fantastic. Host replied rapidly. Location is very good- walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Inside unit is nice with all of the essential including beach chairs and cooler. Building appearance and amenities are fine, however in the near future needs some remodeling. Bottom line I would come back again.

Property was as advertised only issue was at times limited water flow in the shower and hot water. After researching this isn't the issue of the owner....looks to be a potential issue across the island. Great location. After arrival the owner was responsive to our questions and even checked in on us after a last minute closure of the San Juan airport.

Reinaldo was great responding to my questions. There were problems in the unit related to plumbing and he sent out a handyman the next day. Problem was that we had to be in the unit while he was there. Reinaldo never offered to stay with him. While most of the unit was clean enough, it needs some work. And the floors were dirty and grimy. Our feet were perpetually black walking on them. There was very little silverware. 3 butter knives 2 teaspoons and 3 tablespoons. Plenty of forks. The listing said it was an ocean view. We could see the ocean if we looked sideways. And only one of us at a time. The proximity to the airport was a downer. Very noisy. Other than that, we enjoyed being in Isla Verde. The beach was lovely and you can rent chairs (5 each) and an umbrella (15) for the day.

Great stay in Isla Verde

We recently stayed at the property in Coral Beach right by the Isla Verde beach. The apartment was just as seen in photos, great location and access to the pool and the beach. The communication with the host was fantastic and he went above & beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. I am already thinking of booking this property again for our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Nice time in Puerto Rico

The place was nice and the owner was responsive when there was an Island wide power outage. The issues with the keys as described by others is a small issue, but we worked around it.

Wonderful Stay

Comfortable stay. Location was perfect. The beach and pool was in front of the condo. 24 hour corner store across the street. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Reinaldo was very attentive and made sure we have everything we needed. Condo was very modern. Very close the airport. Not too far to uber to and from Old San Juan. Definitely recommend this condo.The family would love to return here when we return to Puerto Rico.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coral Beach PH and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.We were four adults staying together to celebrate birthdays and life, including my 72-year-old family member, and the apartment was perfect for our group. First, and this really matters, the unit is exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises at all. What you see is truly what you get, and it’s even better in person. The space was comfortable, clean, and well laid out.The views are beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. We were literally steps from the beach and the water, which made mornings and evenings so special. A grocery store and several restaurants are right across the street, making everything incredibly convenient. No car needed.Another huge plus was how easy travel was. The condo is less than 10 minutes from the airport, door to door, which made arrival and departure stress free.The property itself felt very safe and welcoming. It is a gated community, well maintained, and supported by a great on-site staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The host was very responsive and helpful with all information and any questions we had. Truly a 5-star host. Thank you, Richie.Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to staying again very soon. Highly recommend!

Penthouse Paradise

Steps away from the pool & sand, with an ocean view from the balcony!! Richie was readily available by phone or text, to assist with any needs or questions. The condo is located on the main driving road in Isla Verde, so it could be loud at times, even at 20 floors up, but the noise was worth it, for the location to the beach. Condo was clean & true to the listing pics. Less than a 10 minute drive from the airport, about a 20 minute drive to Old San Juan & Casa Bacardi, about 45 minutes from El Yunque rain forest. The mixology tour at Casa Bacardi was a blast!!

Great vacation spot!

Stayed for 7 days at this well furnished condo it had everything we needed! Location was great the bus was just a few steps away we really didn’t need a car. The parking garage site was also very convenient a few steps away from the elevator. The supermarket open 24 hours was also close but did use our rental car to get back and forth.The only thing that could need some update was are the beach chairs but the beach which is a 3 min walk did have beach rentals for 5 and umbrella for 15. On day 2 the electric did go out but our host called us immediately to let us know that they were working near by and it would return in a few hours so by the time we came back from the beach it was back on. Also having a washer and dryer in the condo was a blessing was great not to have to come home to piles of laundry.My advice to travelers is don’t forget your water shoes they are a must for excursion especially in the rain forest!I highly recommend this place and sure we will return some day!

Very nice

The condo was clean and very nice. Everything that we needed was in the condo. I would recommend a second set of keys, it was challenging having to all leave at the same time if you have multiple people. You need the keys to get in and out as well as off the beach back into the property. This was only a minor inconvenience and would not keep me from renting this property again. The one disappointing thing about the property was the tennis courts were under repair which we were not aware of. This was one of the reasons we chose this property. The owner was great and rented us a court at the local tennis club one day. He did not have to do this and we were very appreciative. Overall it was a great trip and would recommend this rental.
