It was my pleasure to host Elizabeth and would gladly host her again. However need to improve communication undestanding on her side since we clearly communicate before the reservation that there was no AC unit in the living room area. This is also specified in the listing profile. Good news is that the owners already are working to have an additional AC installed. And to clarify in this building no PH’s has balcony. At yiur service for a future visit!

It is unfortunate to see a review like this. Clearly the guests were upset about the claim we made for damaging our property and the only way he can affect us is by giving this TOTALLY false review. The stove was in perfect condition before their arrival. They did not report that it was broken upon arrival, nor after departure. We found out after an inspection that we always do once guests departure to make sure others guests has everything in place. We know accidents happens and responsibly ask them before submit the claim but no answer were received. The insurance company very diligently investigate and approve our claim as valid, honest and true. In another topic, yes, there is a small oven in the property which is advertise like it in the profile. But to be honest, the most that hurt us is that how could they indicate that our property was not clean!! Our trademark is cleanliness!! Please check other reviews and VRBO or the other famous App for short term rental and you could validate how people appreciate our cleanliness!! Our guest before this stay gave us 5 stars for cleanliness! Our kitchen is indeed equipped as shown in the pictures, not sure why need to lie about this too… The property has wide brand new windows with partial ocean view in the master bedroom and in the living room as it is advertised. There was a major blackout in the entire island (no one on the island had electricity for a day). However the condominium has generators for the elevators and common areas. Immediately this arose, we informed them and all our other guests in other properties that we have. In the apartment, there was a flashlight that is always there we provided an additional one due to the emergency. There was NEVER a complaint from them towards us on the several times we exchanged calls and/or messages. It was basically the opposite, they seemed very kind and satisfied with everything. Does not understand, at all. We didn’t know that the family got sick and much less can I take responsibility for that. But we would have gladly be willing to helped them if they have had informed us. Our last thoughts; 1) Please other Hosts don’t rent to this people. Unfortunately they are not sincere, honest and could harm your reputation with false accusations. 2) If we are a fraud as they said… how we have such great reviews and why the insurance company reimburse the damage that they caused in our property…! If we were fraud, VRBO would have blocked our property.
