Nette reiz Walk-up liegt 20 Schritte vom Sand der schönsten Stadtstrand in Puerto Rico. Meister mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein mezzanie mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Badezimmer und auch, wir haben eine Außendusche und einen privaten beheizten Pool, ganz neu. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Condado und Ocean Park, San Juan, eine lebendige (und sicherste) Nachbarschaft. Zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl von lokalen und trendigen Restaurants und 10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt und die Altstadt von San Juan.
Genießen Sie die ruhige Brise und Sonne am Morgen und dann viel Spaß erkunden Restaurants, Kneipen, Diskothek, usw. in Condado (Getränke), Altstadt von San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (Disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in den Abendstunden . The location was perfect! The beach was so close but also within walking distance to so many eateries. Great part of San Juan. More spacious than most and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed although the wifi never worked great. Isabel the owner communicated well before our stay and Ana the property manager was super helpful with check in info and any questions we had while we were there. Responded right away. The apartment had character and charm and we felt right at home. The outdoor areas were nice to have as well.

We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in PR and at this wonderful spot and totally appreciate all the help and suggestions made by them :)

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

Great location and comfortable property

If you want a place that's close to the beach in a safe neighborhood, this is it. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room that's three steps away from a private-patio hot tub. My wife and I stayed here with our 13-year-old-granddaughter, and it was ideal. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was in inventory. There are great restaurants close by, including an amazing bakery called Kasalta (that Barack Obama visited). Host's PR information was abundant and availability was excellent.

Thank you for providing such a convenient experience to stay in the San Juan area and also be able to explore. You offered convenience in communication for pre check in guides, check in, propert communication, and check out, parking, and both beach access and indoor pool (wonderfully deeper than it looks). Stayed 5 nights and wish our schedules would have let us stay a week.

We are renting short term since 2007 and all of our clients are really happy with their stay since then. We already have 100 reviews! Come and see for yourself what do you think. The apartment has a great location, it is safe, really charming and cute. And 12-15 steps to the beach! We just add a private pool that you can heat if you feel like it!. And we are available for our guest 24/7. High speed Internet, place to work and all amenities.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It is steps from the beach and that was really important for us, with small kids the beach was our playground...Also you do not need a car to go to restaurants, groceries, fun places and the Old San Juan is a 15 min. ride.
The heated pool is a plus and the feeling in this apartment is so relaxing and beautiful. You can open all the windows to feel the breeze and listen to the ocean (or just close all the windows and use the A/C, of course).

It has two patios (we also have electric plant in case the power is off), the other at the rear part of the townhouse with a private pool and one terrace inside the master bedroom for a romantic breakfast. Just perfect!
WIFI is free and high speed. We have a power plan in case the light in the Island goes off (since Hurricane Maria is often).
