The condo has a knock out view of the beach and ocean. A short elevator ride away is one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The beach has many amenities including jet skis, kiosks, lounge chairs and umbrellas.The condo is equipped for both short term and long term stays. It has an abundance of dishes, pots and pans, stove with full oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and cabinets stocked with condiments.The king size bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works wonderfully and fans grace the living and sleeping areas.Your host is remarkably responsive and is helpful with any issue that might arise. It’s like renting from a kind and generous friend.

It was such an amazing stay here!! Way better than a hotel. It had all that we needed there. I loved having a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Shower was great! The decor was beautiful! It was so nice to just walk out the building and right on to the beach! We had a cancellation with our flight out and she even offered us to stay the night if we needed. Celina was more than helpful. My husband and I are excited to come back soon!

We loved staying on the 17th floor of Celina Lopez’s condo. It was exactly as it appeared on Vrbo website. It was super clean. Gorgeous views. The BIG pool was one of my favorite things. The beach was great-especially for long walks at sunset. Ubers aren’t terribly pricey. We are planning a 2nd trip to PR in the near future!

Very clean, functional and well equipped condo is an easily accessible location. Could use some more beach chair/beach umbrella type ammenities and the nesrby airpor was a bit loud at times but overall a great place to stay with everything youd need within walking distance. Host communicated well and was very nice and informative.

Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed with a 4 star because my aim is always to give a 5 star experience to all my guests. I rent to only 2 guests therefore that is why I only provide 2 beach chairs. I have not considered a beach umbrella because it makes me nervous if it’s not put in correctly and a strong wind comes it can cause harm. Stayed 5 nights w/Spouse. Views from balcony and bedroom were great - wonderful view of beach and pool area. Celina's communication was great and no issues with entering unit and using parking spot. Unfortunately, the unit itself could use a few small upgrades. The kitchen appliances [i.e. coffee maker, cups etc] were not clean upon arrival, which was extremely dissapointing. Additionally, the beach chairs were not Reclining [more for sitting at a park] and, they were extremely old, tarnished and worn] as a result, we had to rent the lounge chairs on the beach which had a cut off time around 4:30p. This was our 2nd time staying at this location but, in different unit. You can't beat the location as, close to restaurants and grocery access but, it is suggested to rent car if possible as UBER can get very expensive. **Would stay again IF the above issues were ironed out.

Shawn Thank you for your review. My aim is to always provide a 5 star experience. I am sorry you did not feel that you got that. I would of really appreciate if you would of communicated with me. We spoke many times and you always express that all was good. Something not cleaned is not acceptable to me therefore I would of taken immediate action to correct that. I would of immediately made the situation right for you. I provide beach chairs as mentioned in my amenity. I am truly sorry that your expectation of reclining chairs were not met. Solo “Me” Time

The property was perfect with a wonderful location. Celina was very helpful with any questions I had about food/grocery stores. Everything you need is in walking distance although I decided to rent a vehicle and visit some of the further away beaches. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the island!

Stunning condo! Beautifully decorated, very clean. We could not find anything to complain about. It’s the cleanest for me. Beautiful furniture. Had everything we needed and then some. Restful and relaxing stay

The condo as well as the location and building amenities has everything you need to either rest and relax, work remotely or visit all the PR highlights. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great and safe place

2and time at this beautiful condo. What can I say besides it’s so beautiful. You can sleep with the windows open on the 17th floor. The beach at your doorstep and authentic food steps away. I absolutely love Puerto Rico. Thank you so much for a great place to stay 10/10

The Lopez family were amazing host!! The photos and description is exactly what you will receive. The ambiance was welcoming. I felt comfortable, safe. The community was pleasant and walkable. Home away from home condo

This well appointed condo was very close to the beach, pool and delicious Puerto Rican restaurants, a large grocery store was a 10 minute walk and our condo came with underground parking any loaded with amenities. Celine the owner has thought of everything, just stayed for 2 weeks and have already booked for 3 next time.

AMAZING Experience in Carolina

My boyfriend and I stayed in Celina & Joe’s home for 3 nights. The check in process was seamless, the property had all the amenities needed, it was clean and a perfect place for us to stay. Celina was very attentive for questions and even gave us recommendations on where to eat. I highly recommend staying in this property and hope we are lucky enough to come back soon! 10/10 overall experience.

Everything was wonderful! Great location and the condo exceeded our expectations. Just bring your swimsuits because everything is provided in the condo for the beach and your stay.

Dream getaway

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful view, with clean space with incredible amenities. The closet was truly a room of requirement and every item was organized to be found so thoughtfully around the home. I wish all my vacation experiences were this smooth.

My husband and I love our home in Puerto Rico. We take great pleasure in sharing it with our guests. Both my husband and myself were born in Puerto Rico, but moved to NYC when we were young. Went to school, in NYC, got married (1971). Moved to Ronkonkoma Long Island NY, where we had and raised our 3 children.

We missed and love the culture, food and warmth of our Puerto Rico. When we became empty nest we knew we wanted to go back to our roots. That is the reason we purchased this condo.

Our Apt. is decorated in a traditional style. We keep it very clean and with all the comforts of home. When you open the sliding doors to the balcony, the breeze and the view are breathtaking. It has beach access and an Olympic size pool. This place is exactly what we wanted in a snowbird home.
