Geräumige Wohnung 80 m2, auf der berühmten Promenade des Anglais, sechsten und letzten Stock mit Aufzug. Panoramablick auf Baie des Anges, 180 °. 3 min. zu Fuß vom berühmten Hotel Negresco. Sichere, Zugangscode, gardian.

In der Nähe von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten: Shopping, Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Bahnhof). Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Eine große und sonnige Wohn- / Esszimmer mit absolut tollen Blick auf das Meer, umgeben von drei großen Fenstern gewährt. . Öffnet sich auf eine große Terrasse und Meerblick. eine Ecke Wohnung mit 25 Metern der Balkon.
Fernsehen und WIFI. Klimaanlage .Sehr komfortabel.

2 Schlafzimmer, sehr ruhig, sind auf der Rückseite der Wohnung gelegen, mit Blick auf einen Garten im Innenhof, ein bequemes Bett für eine fest schlief. Fenster mit Doppelverglasung. Klimaanlage.

1 komplett ausgestattete und separate Küche, mit 2 französisch -Windows und großen sonnigen Balkon.

1 Hell Bad Zimmer mit WC und Fenster.

Freizeit: Zwei Glücksspiel-Casinos, Theater Oper, Kino, Museen, Strand vor der Wohnung (anderen Seite der Promenade des Anglais). Die erstaunliche Blumen Markt "Saleya Markt '15' zu Fuß, entlang des Meeres, in dem Sie eine gute Käse, Brot, Obst und Gemüse vom Bauern zu kaufen.

Durch die Nacht, in der Fußgängerzone (rue de France) sind die lebhaften Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind offen für die frühen Morgenstunden.

Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Verkehrsmittel: - Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Nizza vorne das Meer. Blick auf den Strand.
Die Busse halten, außerhalb der Wohnung, werden Sie zu wunderbaren Orten zu nehmen, wie Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence etc .... Nur für eine EURO 50.

Auto nicht notwendig: bei Ihrer Ankunft mit dem Flugzeug, dem Bus 98 bringt Sie bis zum Bau, zu stoppen: "Promenade Gambetta".

Aeroport, um den Bus, vor dem Gebäude, Bus alle 20 Minuten: um zurück zu gehen.

A heavenly stay

We arrived from cold and rainy Paris, to bright warm sunshine to stay at this marvellous penthouse condo, which was equipped with everything you could possible need. The view was spectacular. Beautiful furnishings. Shops &restaurants just steps away, Could have stayed for months but, alas had to return to Canada. Thank you Jacquiline for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Great view great location

The apartment had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean!! It is very spacious and comfortable. The property manager was friendly and responsive. The shower is actually a tub with a hand held sprayer. It would be a better property with some updates especially the shower, hair dryer and washing machine. But the view and location still make it a great choice!!!

Beautiful scenic views of Promenade Anglais and Mediterranean

Spacious apartment with an amazing location and views which we really enjoyed. Apartment had a bit of a musty smell as if it had not been occupied in a while. I think perhaps it could’ve been refreshed a bit. (some dead insects) Furniture and appliances could use some updates. Overall a great stay!

Everything she advertised and more

The facility was even nicer than the pictures, in that everything worked well. Jaqueline, the owner, and Katia the concierge, keep things in impeccable condition. They are indulgent and always good humored. The property itself is spectacular with its wrap around balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, right in the heart of Nice. This is a rare find. We'll be back.

Heavenly apartment -- world’s most beautiful bay

We spent an unforgettable week in this fabulous apartment right on the Promenade des Anglais with an unbelievable panoramic view. This corner apartment (very secure building, safe area) has a wrap-around balcony on the 6th floor that you never want to leave. Both the daytime and nighttime views take your breath away. The apartment itself is full of old-world charm –you feel like you’re visiting an aunt who just happens to live in Nice. But there is so much more to do. The bus stop is right in front for our day trips to Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, and Cannes, and there’s a crosswalk to a public beach and the private Hi Beach Club. The owner Jacqueline took care of us personally as if we really were family. Merci beaucoup, beaucoup, chére Jacqueline; we dream of returning.

#1 Apartment and #1 View in Nice!

Our family recently returned home from a week long stay in this fantastic apartment. In our several trips to Europe and France, rest assured this was the most PERFECT apartment and location to be found in Nice! The large balcony looks out onto the Mediterranean and is undoubtedly the best view on the Promenade and, the beach is directly out the front door and across the street! The apartment is spotless with all of the amenities and charm of a French apartment. Anything you might need (bakery, groceries) is within two blocks walking distance, the bus stop is directly in front of the building, and further down the Promenade you will find Old Nice with shops and several terrific restaurants. The building is extremely secure and the concierge is wonderful. Our sincerest thanks to Jacqueline for such a FANTASTIC week in her apartment and I can assure you we will be back in the very near future! Thanks for making this a truly wonderful vacation Jacqueline!!

Good, not so good and the ugly

The good: location is good. It is right across from the beach. View is good, it has a panoramic view of the bay. The apartment is spacious. The not so good: carpet is old and looks dirty. Sheets are of 20 years old of non cotton/linen material that made us itchy. Blankets have stains. Washing machine is broken. Room has a smell when first walks in. The ugly: the beds were made with 1 sheet and nothing else. So we used some spare sheets in the closet that the host left for our stay. Upon leaving, the host determined that we used too many spare sheets and assessed/charged us large amount of cleaning fees for dirty laundries on top of the already paid clearing fees. The host never apologized for the inconvenience of the broken washing machine during our stay. Further, the host even made a fake video to justify her claim. It is sad and dishonest.

Wonderful place

The flat is well appointed and nice. The area has nice weather but the bedrooms are air-conditioned anyway. The view is spectacular and the host is informative and gracious. All in all a wonderful place to stay on the Cote D'azur.

Perfect location with incredible views

Spacious, clean, comfortable top-floor apartment on the Promenade des Anglais, right across from the beach. The view from the large balcony is amazing at any time of day and reason enough to stay here. Although small, the kitchen is well equipped. Grocery store is around the corner, Old Nice is walking distance. Highly recommended!

Love it!

Our second stay here. Loved it even more on second visit. Location convenient for everything, buses, shops, restaurants, old town. Neighborhood and apt. has all needed for an extended stay. One can live on the terrace and enjoy all the beauty and buzz of Nice. The apt. Building is ,impeccably maintained,safe and secure and Katya, the onsite property manager, could not be more personable and responsive. Feels like home. We will be back!

Splendid apartment with great views.

The apartment has a great views over the Pomenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean. The apartment is blight. With its location also comes street sounds. Since the sleeping rooms are in the back they are very quit. We woke up every morning with singing birds and the reflecting sounds of the waves. A nice way to wake up. Communication with Jacqueline is easy and the local concierge is a great person. Supermarket around the corner, the beach in front, what else do you need?

Just what we wanted

Place was great. 6th floor view was incredible, balcony was amazing. Interior decorating was probably from 70 years ago but that only added to the charm, plus it was a fun change from the norm. Jacqueline, the host, was fantastic and even helped arrange another apartment for us when our flight got delayed. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old Town, which is fine if you like walking like us. Supermarkets are easy to find in Nice, so that's no problem. Bus stops are right across the street. Elevator was fast but small, but we had to take the back wheels of our uppababy Vista off in order to fit it in, not the end of the world. If I had to change anything, maybe closer to the old Town and market, but honestly that may not matter to folks, and I would never give up the view for a better location. Would certainly stay here again!

I would like to specify that there is 3 super market around the building: " carrefour market" just around the corner and two others on the bd Gambetta, 3 minutes walk . Location,location,location! And what a view !

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this apt. We were 3 persons sharing the flat on holday. Location and view are just as advertised. We spent most of our time when at the apt. outside on the terrace overlooking the Promenade and the sea where everything can be seen. It does not get any better than this! If you are a walker, city center and old town are 15 minute easy stroll away. If not a walker, Bus 98 stop just down a block across the Promenade takes you directly to the old town. The apartment is convenient to all that anyone would need without going far. It is close to all the sites and action of the city but is far enough away that it becomes its own neighborhood without the crowds of the high season in other areas of town. Les Jardins restaurant next door at street level has good food and stellar service , with employees who are very helpful to travelers like us who are not French fluent. Markets to supply the kitchen are just a couple of short turns away off the Promenade. Boulangeries, fromage shops, etc. in abundance on Rue de France, just one block off the Promenade, so grab your baguette, cheese and wine and enjoy it on the apt.terrace. No shortage of restaurants within walking distance reflecting a variety of cuisines , casual to "gastronomic", depending on what you're in the mood for. One to try, L'Ecole de Nice , about a 10 minute walk on Rue de Buffa, second street off the Promenade. It is outstanding! Easy access to private and public beaches just across the street. Security at building is excellent, Jacqueline, the owner and Katia, the concierge at the property could not have been more responsive to any of our requests.Merci! This felt like home to us. We did not want to leave. We will be back!

Fabulous location

We stayed here for 4 weeks in July and loved it. The view was fabulous and the location to activities and dining in Nice was incredible. We had a minor glitch with the keys and gate lock but beyond that it was great. The balconies gave us such a great view of the Bastille day activities and all the beach activities. We were able to use the bus system and did plenty of walking. The grocery stores were nearby and we found a fabulous Boulangerie. The Apartment had a plethora of furniture but could use some more comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we took a great food tour and a French cooking class. We definitely will be coming back, hopefully next summer.

6th and last floor, with large terraces, very sunny, bright, with larges windows, very comfortable ., restaurants with french cuisine, at afordable prices .
Near all amenities: transports, restaurants, super market round the corner .
very well located, at walk distance to everywhere, no need a car .
