Dieses Haus ist gut gelegen mit Blick auf die Mandurah Marina und in der Nähe von schönen Stränden. Free Wifi - Sie können auch die vielen Restaurants, Hotels und Cafés am Yachthafen und am Küstenvorland besuchen. Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zum Kino und die lokale Performing Arts Centre. Entspannen Sie im Wintergarten mit einem Buch, genießen Sie den Blick auf das Wasser oder gehen Sie an Ihrer Hintertür Krabben für unsere berühmten blauen Manna-Krabben. Sie können unsere lokalen Delfine in der Bucht sehen, die vom Besitzer mit einem Kajak geliefert wurden, wenn Sie sie sich genauer ansehen möchten. Das Haupthaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten in den anderen 2 und ein Badezimmer. Unten befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer mit einer Tischtennisplatte und einem Einzelbett mit einem Ausziehbett. Es gibt eine Toilette und ein separates Bad / Waschsalon im Erdgeschoss. Lovely home on banks of estuary. Walking distance to shops and cafes and attractions. Large, fenced garden with beautiful views of Dolphin Quay. Great layout of house - super family friendly.

A wonderful view, excellent location.

Exactly what I was looking for. A tidy, clean and modern beach shack with a view overlooking the marina. Walking distance to everything- the bridge, esplanade and the marina. I’ll be coming back.

Great location and fantastic views

We loved staying here and had a lovely time. We enjoyed the beautiful views and convenient location. It had everything we needed and I was happy I could bring my dog. One small problem was the bathroom light was not working but otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you.

Location and value for money

This house is in a great location within a 10 minute walk to Dolphin Quay, with direct water access (gated) if you want to kayak. It was so nice sitting on the deck overlooking the water. It’s older style but this is reflected in the cost, and it’s spacious with good furnishings and all you need. Note that access to the downstairs 4th bedroom/ table tennis room and to the 2nd bathroom/Laundry is external.

School spring break

We had a lovely stay in Mandurah particularly notable because I hadn’t read the listing properly and Shona very calmly helped me through the check in process. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids took the kayaks on the marina and we relaxed on the deck. Mandurah was such an easy place to be and I felt comfortable giving the girls (both12) the freedom to investigate on their own

Great Location

House in great location and had what we were chasing. Should have been communicated that the hot water system needed to be on as we had cold showers first night, but was resolved with a phone call to agent. House is a little wonky in places but the house had everything we needed and suited our needs, kids loved the fishing from little beach at back of house

Excellent location/facilities

I think this is the 4th time we have stayed. A few maintenance issues that were advised. Only negative is you need shade on the deck out the back. We set up our gazebo but would be great if we didn’t have to take.

Great location, very clean , everything you need is supplied by the host, very well equipped. The only issue I had was the stairs for my 86 year old father but in fairness the I hadn't mentioned I was taking an elderly person, perhaps it could be mentioned in the description. Good old fashioned holiday

The location of this older style beach home is fantastic and it’s just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Everything that you need is supplied , comfy bed, neat clean and tidy. Shona was very helpful with the booking and check in and this was very much appreciated. The only thing that spoilt it was the group of homeless people who moved onto the vacant block next door two nights prior to our departure. The first night it was only two people in a tent and it was no bother, the second night a further tent and a swag with additional people arrived. We found this disconcerting as a loud argument went on well into the early hours and I found myself awake listening for noises. We also felt uncomfortable sitting outside on the deck and being in the garden area. Just put a damper on what had been a great stay.

Great location

Location was great… short walk to Town Beach, the public jetty, the foreshore and cafes. We caught fish and crabs off the public jetty and also directly from the house’s shore. The house itself is old but neat and tidy. All the amenities and appliances worked perfectly. We found it had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids really loved the big front and back yard, and access to the water from the property. A couple of things to be aware of with the property though… there are quite a few stairs at the front of the house leading to an ageing deck so probably not great for elderly guests or those with a baby and pram etc. Also, the life jackets for the kayak are very old and no longer safe to use, neither is the ping pong table.
