Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to complete a pre check-in to verify your identity. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time.
