The property is accessible via the 604 bus route, which connects to the Mandurah Station. The nearest bus stop, South Yunderup Road before Murray Waters Boulevard, is approximately a 26-minute walk from the property. For more direct travel, taxi services are readily available in the area, with rates starting at approximately AUD 1.30 per kilometer. This allows for flexible and comfortable transportation to nearby attractions and amenities.

If you plan to bring a boat or Jet Ski during your stay, please let us know before making your booking. Kindly include the type and size of your boat or watercraft so we can confirm suitability, ensure appropriate parking is available, and provide any relevant information prior to your arrival.

Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

You’re very welcome to enjoy the canoes during your stay and may be used at your own risk and that the safety waiver included in your check-in instructions is signed beforehand.

Base pricing includes up to 7 guests. The home can accommodate up to 9 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.

As a river-front home, you may occasionally notice insects or other elements of nature during your stay, which is part of the waterfront setting. Keep an eye out for visiting dolphins, swans, pelicans and other local wildlife that make the river so special.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you started. Additional items can be purchased locally if needed.

A quick ID verification and security hold are required before arrival. The hold is released after departure once the property has been checked.
Guests remain responsible for any damage or additional costs. Different security holds may apply to extended or specialised stays.

Pet policy
Dogs are welcome at our designated pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A pet fee applies.
To help us care for the property and ensure it is suitable for your stay, please let us know about your dog before booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cats or other animals.

FIRE SEASON: No open fires are permitted during fire season - this is a state law and must be strictly observed at this time. Please check with the local authorities if you are unsure of dates when fires are permitted as they are subject to change according to seasonal conditions.

We strongly recommend travel insurance as this property operates under a firm cancellation policy.
