Relax with the whole family - and your fur babies - at this peaceful place to stay. One of the best locations in Falcon, right across from all the facilities that Novara Beach has to offer: boat ramp, playground, picnic facilities, walking/ cycling paths, exercise trail and so much more. Nearby you will find everything you need - restaurants, supermarkets and retail centres. Or just sit on the balcony and watch the Pelicans play :)
This home is set up for families.
Downstairs has two bedrooms (1 x Queen, 2 x single beds)
Upstairs has two bedrooms (1 x Queen, 1 x King Single bed, there is a trundle that can be used in this bedroom if requested)

All bedrooms and the main living area has the comfort of split system heating and cooling.

This house is awesome. We had the best time here and loved the outdoor sitting areas and back yard were we could hang out with our dogs.Great location as the boat ramp is only 100m away.Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Spent a most enjoyable few days at Pelicans Retreat. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could want from a well stocked kitchen to sports equipment and toys for the children. The location is beautiful as can be seen from the huge picture window. Walks along the waterfront are easy and very peaceful. Host is very approachable and made our stay extremely relaxing.

Lovely stay, well equipped, beautiful area.

Really enjoyed our stay, a very well equiped house with everything you need. Great location just accross from the water. Very short walk to a great playground (stayed with my 3yo & 5yo sons, nanna and pet). Good pathways along the water perfect for scooters, bikes etc. We made good use of the provided kayaks that you can easily wheel along the foot path to the water. Crabbing equipment, toys, playstation. TV and AC in most rooms. Home away from home for sure, we will be back :-).

We've enjoyed visiting other people's holiday homes over the years and we are so excited to share our own with you! We've learnt so much from the best (and not so great) experiences, and created a warm welcoming "home away from home" that we are truly proud to share with others.

Family is everything to us, and so our neighbourhood and home has been particularly chosen by us to be welcoming for families - including its furry members :)

The home is light and airy with views from both the ground floor (including front bedroom and deck areas) and the first floor (including fully enclosed balcony).

We have provided every convenience so this can be a true home away from home - including fully equipped kitchen, audio-visual and entertainment equipment, high-speed internet with NBN fibre to the premises (wifi throughout), workstation with monitor, keyboard/mouse and ethernet point, and the list goes on.

There are games and entertainment, as well as kayaks provided, and a bbq you can enjoy with views around the area.

The property has reverse cycle heating and cooling in main living/dining and all 4 bedrooms.
For the cooler months, there is an electric fireplace in the living room and all beds have electric blankets.

For guests who are travelling with an electric vehicle (EV) we have provided a (standard) powerpoint at the side exterior of the house, on its own independent circuit, suitable for re-charging overnight.

The home is fitted out with a solar power and battery system as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Linen provided (bedding and bathrooms), however bring your own swimming/beach towels.

Note this is a pet-friendly home - please take this into consideration before booking if any member of your group has an allergy.

Please note: there is a Ring doorbell and a security camera at the front and rear of the home. The cameras do not have any visibility to view inside the home.
