Water Lovers Haven in Mandurah
Water views, plenty of space, stunning beaches, close to eateries and local amenities… this is the perfect setting for a special holiday! Bring your boat, your dog, extended family: there’s room for it all. Modern interiors offer 3 spacious bedrooms, a games room with a pool table and added accommodation, air-conditioning, alfresco covered entertaining with views of bobbing boats, and off-street parking. Mandurah foreshore and Doddies Beach are around the corner. This is holiday heaven!
Modern, tastefully decorated and spacious, this is a wonderful home for an extended family or group holiday. Add in the spot-on location and it’s got to be top of the list!
The house is centred around a wonderful outdoor covered entertaining area with a BBQ, overhead fan and plenty of comfortable seating at the outdoor table, as well as a sun lounger. Sliding glass doors provide a terrific indoor-outdoor flow. Take meals or sunset drinks while enjoying the view of boats bobbing on the water a stone’s throw across the road. The reserve and boat ramp are opposite, so bring your boat, and your furry friend (note the pet fee).
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need including a double fridge-freezer, pod coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. Stools at the benchtop are perfect for breakfast and sociable cooking, and the adjacent dining suite seats at least 8. The luxurious leather lounge is generous in size and faces the wall-mounted smart TV. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout the house ensures your comfort year-round.
Guests are bound to appreciate the pool table in the games room. With two single beds in this room, it’s ideal for the younger member of your group to have their own space.
Each of the bedrooms is well-appointed, spacious and carpeted. The master has a king bed, a walk-in robe and a shower ensuite, as well as an overhead fan. The second houses bunk beds, as well as a queen, perfect for a family group. The modern family bathroom has a bathtub, shower and vanity and a separate toilet. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine for your convenience. The third bedroom has a queen bed as well.
Secure fencing and a long driveway are additional bonuses, although please note the garage is not available for guests’ use and the front artificial lawn cannot be used for parking.
Please note: We're happy to have your pet stay with us too, however a separate $115 pet fee will be payable through our guest portal if you intend to bring them with you.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
The location of this property is a true drawcard. With the beach nearby and the boat ramp and Mary Cooper Park opposite, it offers easy access to the water. Venture further afield and explore Mandurah Estuary with its wealth of wildlife. Enjoy some crabbing and watch the pelicans. It’s a popular fishing spot so bring the boat and your rods, or kayaks. Nature lovers will revel in some of the local walks offering a quite amazing array of flora and fauna. Golf lovers will appreciate the local courses.
See the Giants of Mandurah, a permanent outdoor art exhibition, and the Mandurah War Memorial. There is a local gallery, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, a cinema and community museum. Dolphin Quay across the estuary is a lovely marina and a great place for lunch. The Mandurah foreshore provides a wide range of eateries and there are local cafes within walking distance of the property.
In terms of shopping, there’s a local IGA Supermarket and Woolworths as well as a shopping centre at Mandurah Forum offering a wide range of boutiques and other amenities.
If you have children to entertain, try a Mandurah Dolphin Cruise, the Pirate Ship, Inflatable World, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, Amaze Miniature Park or the aquatic centre.

We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
