We came here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place for us! As soon as we pulled in and saw the amazing view, modern vibe and the coziest back patio I knew it would be a great trip. Very private and lots of wildlife. Within 20 mins of most places we went to and just the right distance away from the “busy-ness” of asheville. When we would get back from town we would be immediately relaxed and right at home!

Overall everything was excellent. We had to do a couple cleaning runs of the clothes washer because the door had been left closed by the cleaning crew, and there was some mildew buildup in it. We really like the amenities, the privacy, and the location - not to mention the bear and the turkeys that visited the place during our stay.

It was a lovely property. Very well designed and so nice that it was professionally managed. The hot tub was in perfect condition, and had a great view. The free range turkeys were funny - they would knock on the door in the afternoon

This was a great location, allowing us to venture into Ashville in less than 30 minutes and in close proximry to other adventures.

Relaxing getaway

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house is so nicely decorated and comfortable, and not to mention the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Relaxing stay in the country hills

Perfect location spot overlooking the hills. Saw some deer, turkeys, and lovely mountain sunrises. Location was quiet yet central to all things Asheville and Blue Ridge/Smokey Mountains. Loved our stay and figuring out when to book again!

really enjoyed the property - private, well furnished, easy access to the places we were visiting in Asheville. Check-in was easy, and in fact it was ready earlier than originally stated. The flock of turkeys walking the area made for an interesting accoutrement. Would stay there agin if I was heading down to Asheville.

Perfect for us

Great little place on a grassy hill with wide open views of the surrounding hills/mountains. It was a perfect place for our young kids to play outside and enjoy the hot tub in the morning and evenings. Easy drive to Builtmore and other local attractions.

Reunion with College Friends

My friend and were pleased with the accommodations. Super clean and comfortable beds. We wished that had been able to stay longer. Very beautiful setting to observe the fall colors and wildlife that appeared around the cottage. The cottage is located in a quiet area but not far from all the activities we had planned. We hope to stay again in the cottage when we are in the area.

Perfect!

We had the perfect anniversary getaway at this adorable home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The views were stunning and had daily visits from deer, turkeys and bunnies. We even watched a hot air balloon from the patio. We are out a few times and had a romantic grilled dinner on the patio another night. Just what we needed! Thanks for sharing your home!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this little house! My husband and I and our four young children stayed the weekend and it was great. We saw deer and turkey every day. The view was beautiful. We could see many neighbors without leaves on the trees, but I imagine anytime other than winter it feels very secluded. The inside of the house was very nice. I especially liked the hardware and more high end touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom had enough space to include a cot for our three year old and a pack and play for our baby. We will most certainly be staying here again on our next Asheville visit!

Lovely "rural" setting minutes from the city

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was convenient to everything "city" yet felt very rural. I saw deer and turkeys every day and stepped out the door to the sound of birds singing. The views were spectacular and so relaxing. The house was modern and comfortable aside from a few bug issues that likely come with the country setting and were no big deal. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio was an enjoyable place to unwind, with a nice grill and hottub. The management company was quickly responsive to questions. Bottom line, I would definitely stay here again should I return to the area.

This little get away was perfect for me and my husband. Check in was easy and we felt very taken care of. The views were amazing and the outdoor hot tub made it even better. We had everything we needed to cook. If you’re looking to plan a trip here, the only thing I suggest is to bring drinking water with you. I’d also recommend that you bring cleaning supplies (I.e spray / wipes). The listing says that will charge you if the home is dirty. So my husband and I were trying to clean after cooking but we didn’t bring cleaning supplies. So the cleaning we did was kind of bad. But we made it work! Just bring some wipes or a small spray bottle.
