There will rarely be anyone occupying this unit, free range of the upper deck is allowed by guests with additional seating to sip your morning coffee, have a meal at the large table or utilize the grill!

-No Parties, No smoking, No unauthorized Guests allowed.
-Maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and applicable pet fees apply.
MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK:
We do not accept rot bookings from guests 23 years and under, nor third party bookings.
Any violation of these house rules will be called, verified, and reported through Airbnb. At time of discovery, you may or may NOT be entitled to a refund for the reservation.
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This agreement includes a $500 security deposit "hold" collected via Stripe payment processor (link sent after booking). The hold on the card is released within 7 days of your departure date.
