Wonderful Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed the Villa for our week long stay over the 4th of July. It's so close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants etc.). The king bed was extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient!

The villa is clean and updated with granite counters and LG appliances. The owner is very responsive, on site staff are friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the gorgeous beach and nice heated pools. The check-in and out process was a breeze. Great location and near Siesta Key Village. Thoughtfulness of the owner is appreciated, as they provide beach towels, beach cart and chairs for guest use.

We were pleased with our time here. They had beach accessories like an umbrella, chairs, and a nicer cooler that kept whatever we brought out to the beach cold. We enjoyed the area as well.

Apart from not having a working gate code when I arrived, my stay was perfect. The unit was clean and well-stocked and just a short bike ride from anywhere you might want to go on the Key.

Condo was clean.Just was easy to contact and responded well.Not a beachfront property as described. It was not steps to the beach for us especially because we are elderly with mobility problems. You will need a car to drive down to the beach.Didn’t use the pools.I would recommend speaking in the phone with to ask questions about the description or you too will be dissatisfied and disappointed.

Perfect place for a getaway

This condo was perfect for a week long vacation. It had everything we needed and was on the beach. The beds were super comfy and I didn't wake up with a stiff lower back at all. Siesta Village isn't walking distance from the condo but there's a trolley that runs the main line that picks you up and takes there. Then you can avoid parking and have drinks w/out having to drive :) I highly recommend and would stay again.

Just right!

This property was perfect for what I needed! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything! I will return! I didn't really interact with the property manager so I didn't really give a rating for that.
