Our stay at Mermaid Mansion was just what the doctor ordered. So clean and relaxing, beautifully beach theme decorated, nice private area out back and appointed with everything you need. Most appreciated all the beach essentials which made the short trip to the beach less cumbersome task. The beach was incredible with its powdery sand. Loved taking the trolly to the Village and enjoyed seeing the island. I would love to come back for a longer stay to be able to experience all things we couldn't in such a short trip. Thank you Phyllis for allowing your guests the opportunity to enjoy your little slice of heaven.

Host was very responsive and provided over and above amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. Parking a bit tight, but it was our fault for renting a very large SUV. We were still able to back into the space. Best French restaurant across the street

Best Couples Condo

We got away to the beach to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. Phyllis was excellent to communicate with before, during and after our stay. She also had excellent recommendations for restaurants we might enjoy during our visit. The unit was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The next time we come back to Siesta Key, we will definitely rent from Phyllis.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Our stay at Mermaid Mansion was nothing short of amazing. The unit is impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. Sheets, blankets and pillows were all so comfortable and we slept great! The kitchen was fully stocked and additional amenities like beach towels and chairs were so helpful! The beach is a few minute's walk away and the shared heated pool was amazing. The owner made sure we were all set for our visit with fantastic communication from booking to checkout. 10/10!

The Marvelous Mermaid Mansion

We had a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Mansion! Phyllis is a wonderful host and was prompt with communication, helpful in answering questions about the area, and taking care of needs during our stay. The unit was very clean and tastefully adorned with beach decor. We real put appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit too. The unit is equipped with an enclosed outdoor patio, beach wagon, beach chairs, and toys for the kids. I can’t forget to mention that the accessibility was perfect. It takes less that 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It’s located right across from Jake’s Ice-cream, Toasted Mango Cafe, and the Trolley stop. Mermaid Mansion is truly a gem of a stay and we will be back to visit again! Thank you for a memorable experience!

I lived in Cincinnati, Oh. most of my life and now I am a Realtor in Las Vegas, to be near my son. I have owned a travel agency, and remodeled 13 properties since 2014, of which 5 were vacation rental properties in Florida. I love interacting with my guests and have made many long term friends since doing this. It makes me happy to see my guests enjoying my labor of love. I enjoy boating and my friend Captain Cory gives all my guests a discount on his tours for mentioning my name.

I have been coming to Siesta Key Florida since the 70's. It will always have a special place in my heart. I have traveled the world to many beaches and Siesta Key is definitely my favorite of all. I also love the proximity I have to all the great restaurants and entertainment I enjoy within walking distance and all being on the beach! It's truly the best. I also love that it's still old Florida feel with all the comforts of new Florida!

I go over and above most vacation rentals, such as I supply coffee, cream and sugar and usually have hot chocolate as well if you have children. I use full size Tropical Coconut luxury Body Washes, Shampoos, Conditioners, Hand Wash and Body Lotions. I also supply Laundry Detergent and Softner for the Washer and Dryer in my unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including Wine Glasses and a few Yeti Style cups with lids and straws for the beach. I have charging stations on the back of the nightstands for your convenience. I also use Egyptian Cotton Sheets and 6 pillows for your selection of comfort. I put rugs on each side of the bed. The large rear patio has an outdoor shower for removing sand after you've been to the beach before going inside. I have plenty of beach towels as well as luxury white towels for the shower. The closet has plenty of hangers to hang your clothes and a dresser for folded items. I have installed 2 NEW Heat/AC units with separate outdoor condensers, so you never have to worry about the air going out in the summer. They are each 1 1/2 ton units that provide enough for the whole unit individually. I have books, games, puzzles, 2 tv's with YouTubeTV to watch all your favorite shows, movies and sports. I know what I expect when I travel and I try to give the same to my guests. I am proud most of my guests are repeat guests. I do take last minute bookings as well.
