This 1945 Triplex beach cottage offers the comforts of home with the location of a beach getaway. “Gem” is located on the second floor with stairs to the unit. Gem has a large balcony with exterior table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with glass sliding doors to balcony and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. This this two bedroom villa can sleep 4 . There is a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a kitchen bar with 3 stools. Flat Screen TV, Wifi and large shower/tub bathroom. The full kitchen is stocked with appliances, and dishware for 6 guests. The full kitchen includes a standard fridge, full stove/oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and cooking utensils for 6. No dishwasher in GEM. Dishware / cooking pots/pans provided for the days you plan to dine in. Simple and beachy theme with all the basic comforts of home. All linens provided along with plush towels plus extra, as needed, by request. Welcome toiletries to include paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish liquid, sponge, kitchen towel, trash liners, and lotion. Clean and Comfy. Lots of lil amenities added.

There are stairs to the unit in the back of complex and its the entire second floor. No car needed as Beach Access #3 located to the right and beach access #2 located to left (both just few steps away). For your beach needs, 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels will be provided. Spend a week or reserve a month and you won’t be disappointed. Park BBQ grill added to the complex and each unit has exterior seating. Complex does have a courtesy washer/dryer located on the first level by walkway at no charge for easy use for all guests. Keyless entry and concierge service to handle most requests. Recently added 10 foot privacy wall to extend more privacy and quiet throughout the property. We are snuggled between newer buildings and yet extremely close to the beach for the value price per night. Full 2 bedroom 1 bath home great for 14 night stays or longer during off season.

This 1945 Triplex - Barefoot Bungalows offers a such great value with a location so close to the beach. Walk to the Village and to the beach and no car is needed for short 3-5 day trips.
